I have rented from Enterprise for many years while living in Latin America and not having a car in the US. The customer service is great and so are the cars. Thanks Enterprise!

Used to be a great location less than a year ago, had to go back multiple times as my vehicle did not arrive on time. Went to drop off on Sunday, place was closed and removed the key drop box and got charged an extra day for returning on Monday.

Ok so let’s get to it, I had a reservation for 3:30 pm for a sedan pick by enterprise. I get there and the girl with the braids had me waiting about 45 minutes for the car and promised she’d take care of me, I waited being that I was on a call anyway.
She came back trying to give a mini van and said I would have to pay more for a sedan. I said I’ll just rebook online she said ok, as I was booking all the cars I was starring at went missing online and it no longer would let me book. So I said I’ll go to a different company and booked it in her face, she did not care and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She’s kinda like the nice nasty kinda so I left and went to Avis car rental instead. I wasted two Ubers getting to them, CUSTOMER SERVICE DISGUSTING!!!!!

I loved my experience at this enterprise; they truly made a difficult situation feel a lot easier! Due to my age, i was not allowed to rent a “full size vehicle” and had to drive a car i didn’t feel all that comfortable in. coming from an SUV and being put into a significantly smaller car , i expressed my discontent and discomfort .Dana was so understanding and compassionate, she ultimately was able to get me into a vehicle i was comfortable in within a day! Throughout the time i had the rental, i was continuously calling and being updated of my rental status. Everyone who answered the phone was kind, informative, understanding, and patient. At the time of me returning the vehicle, they even drove me to my collision shop and evaded me from having to pay an uber !! Dana, John, Cedrick, Daniel, Bella, Fred and pretty much the whole team was amazing. It’s very difficult to find good services with good people but this store exceeded my expectations!

Lesson learned… NEVER use enterprise. “They WON’T pick you up!”
(Side note - the response on this review from Enterprise to email them was for looks because they never got back to me!!)
My mom just went here and had the WORST experience she could have had. She had a National reservation with a certain car & called ahead to get picked up and see if they had that car there at the store. They told her they didn’t have the car but told her which one she would get. They also told her they COULD NOT PICK HER UP from Coral Springs which her location was 5.5 miles away from the store...(when she got there someone walked in that had just been picked up from Coral Springs which made her jaw drop) They would NOT pick her up but told her to get an Uber and they would “comp”it for her when she got there. That was NOT true. She got there and they told her they couldn’t figure out how to reimburse her. They didn’t know HOW to figure out the National reservation at Enterprise. They told her they weren’t trained on it and only one guy knew how. So she had to wait for him to look at it. The reservation was already paid for with a “free day rental”, but they didn’t honor that and charged her over $100 for the car. She had already paid the money to Uber out there so decided to just pay it and leave. They didn’t even give her a reciept & when she went back in to ask for it, they told her she would get an email of it. Guess they forgot to mention that. Just really unprofessional and makes me feel like I need to go with her to any kind of vendor because they don’t know how to treat people.
The car is also NOT clean. There’s hair inside the carpet, crumbs in the door handle areas and multiple TOE PRINTS on the inside of the passenger’s side windshield. Clearly, all of that was over looked, so it makes us wonder what else was. And if they cleaned it at all..

I had a wonderful experience at Enterprise. My insurance referred me over and the staff was extremely accommodating. I was close to 10 minutes late, the store location was closed, yet they opened their doors, they were understanding and put me an a beautiful vehicle! Everyone was really nice and professional. I would definitely rent again, hopefully under better circumstances of course lol.

I wish there was an option for no stars honestly the worst customer service by far. After having me wait over 20 mins they hung up the phone. Then when called back they would pick up and hang up right away.
