We recently purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 from Expert Auto Group, Inc. and to say the experience was great is an understatement! I was pregnant and not able to make the trip to FL to actually pick up the vehicle and Chad made it very easy to do all the paperwork electronically and over the phone. We LOVE our new truck, and we definitely would do business with them again in the future!

Fantastic service! Chadi a genuinely friendly and professional salesman made of buying a car a very smooth and comfortable experience! In less than two hours I was driving back home with my gorgeous Mercedes Benz GLC300. When I arrived and saw Chad's (Chadi) kind smile I felt safe, no one will trick me into a scam or bad shape car. The owner checked my old car and accepted it as trade!! Amazing! No need to hassle and sell it on my own. After attempting to buy a vehicle at 2 different bigger dealerships prior to visiting Expert Auto, my hopes weren’t great to say the least. Thankfully I got in touch with Chad who was nothing but a pleasure to work with and who didn’t give me the run around like all others did. He was professional and willing to work with me. I had a wonderful experience. I recommend you give them a shot if you’re in the market to buy a used vehicle.

5/5 - Excellent service and experience. Sam stayed way past his shift to help me purchase a car. I was in and out within 2-3 hours! They took GREAT care of me.I felt like I was treated like family. You can trust them they even have a mechanic on site - turns out I went to high school with him.. Thanks guys for everything!!
