8/11/25: Update: Sold my house and needed a small unit for overflow items. I used the online process and it was quick. I had issues with the locked unit and received fast assistance from Gary, who was polite and professional. Gary followed up with me over the next to couple of visits to make sure my door was operational. I use storage for my business and I'll continue to use Extra Space storage for my storage needs.
1/25/25: Update: Moved out. Shay was professional and assisted with tips for a smooth move out. I stored my stuff with this location since they opened. It was always clean, the staff was helpful
10/25/24 Update: Moved unit. The representative was Manny. He was polite and professional. The facility is clean. Extra Space does not give first month's free rent, like the rest of the competition in the area. They also do not price match. It wasn't worth it to move to another facility. Happy to save $80 the first month, and $150 for the next 2 months.
12/13/2020 - I'm a current Extra Space Storage Customer. I noticed in an email that new storage was cheaper than my current unit. For this reason, I moved my possessions to a new larger unit with cheaper rent. The representative was Kevin. He was polite and professional. The facility is clean. I am giving four stars, because there is no first month's free rent, like the rest of the competition in the area. They also do not price match the competition. Woohoo, no saving any money over here. So, unfortunately I get to pay for two storage units this month. They did give me a free lock for reserving online. Unfortunately, they put it in the unit, so I'd already purchased a lock. In the meantime, It will have to be okay. Happy with the on-site staff, not so much with the company.
2019 --- New, nice and clean. I'll be happy when I'm organized and I can get my stuff back. Until then it's in good hands.
