Dirty store windows are filthy garbage all in the parking lot . It seems many people around here are ok with throwing their garbage out their car windows. Streets are littered with garbage. Just because you are not rich doesn't mean you can't take pride in where you live

Try to buy using coupons that the application sends us when the product is scanned a price appears and at the time of paying it is another higher price so the last coupon is of no use and some coupons even giving the clip are not discounted at all and the cashier only He got upset and responded reluctantly.
So humble opinion as a consumer because workers get upset when we use coupons they give us. both the store and the supplier require us to use them

They don't let kids in because of other kids stealing which I find really stupid its not the employees its that one manager idk her name she's honestly really annoying I cant even buy anything with my 20 dollars they should honestly get some security if they are worried about kids stealing I'm not a kid that likes to steal at all

This store is a terrible, unorganized mess!! It's like a hoarders dream come true!! Several aisles blocked off because it's stocked to the ceiling. I'll bet money the store manager is a hoarder at home! Awful store. Will never be back to this location.

You don't go to a Family Dollar for aesthetics..But this one is particularly gross. There are always unpacked stock carts blocking aisles and make sure you read the shelf tags...shelves are messy and the best deals are usually sold out. Staff is nice so that saves a point.

Worst location for family dollar I ever been to in my entire life. I will never ever come back here. From how disrespectful and rude the cashier was to how filthy and run down the store itself was. Sweatshirts in the middle of summer cost 30-40$ which is outrageous for a store that use to and suppose to have all low prices, now they’re about as Publix prices. I needed Lysol wipes and was only able to find a small container for 8$!!!!If you hate your job that job, damn, look for another for Christ sake. I don’t appreciate being disrespected by such a horrible cashier who clearly hates her life. I worked at Walmart and did customer service jobs most of my life and never in my life, have I ever treated people so poorly. Just cause you hate your job, don’t make you have to hate on everyone else and take it out on Innocent people who are just trying to get in and out and shop. They are clearly understaffed and need to hire more employees not to mention renovate that damn store and clean it. I know the hell these customer service cashiers have to deal with on a daily basis but don’t take it out on everyone. You can tell they will basically hire anyone.

There is NO WAY this store should be rated a 3. ANYTHING. I agree with superfly_kids review. The shelves are always empty and the aisles are always full of boxes. It's the worse Family Dollar I have ever been in and I've lived in at least 6 different states, various areas.
