Went there to get a monument sign done. Their doors were closed. Had to reach by phone. Then waited almost 3 weeks for someone to come out and give an estimate but never showed up, I even called multiple times to get updates. Never showed up on promised dates. Total waste of time, caused a setback to my project

I really appreciated the work they’ve done! My banner came up really good, I am super happy. Fastsigns team were extremely detailed and took their time to double check everything with me until the moment I like the work. Overall a little bit pricey but it worth it! Great service

I had the most horrible experience with this company. There is no trust because they will say one thing and do another. My business partner called to make sure someone was coming to do the installation and the young said yes to her. We waited the whole evening and no-one showed up until the day in the afternoon. Thi is not how you treat customers.

Had a stencil made and they made it out of pixie glass which snapped before it could even be used! Horrible service and the letter cut outs were not cut properly! The voids were not removed!! The size of the letters and font were not as agreed!! First and last time I will ever use this place!!!! Hollywood location is much cheaper and more professional!!!
