So this place is the absolute worse they must hire some of the most illiterate people ever. I have had so many issues with my packages being delivered to the wrong house from this center! I literally have had to stop ordering from any company that uses fed ex as a delivery drop off. First I had issues with packages that needed signatures cause the illiterate fed ex person would go to the wrong house and now I had a purchase from Nordstrom that was delivered to the wrong house! Can Fed Ex for once hire people who know how to read numbers on a house and stop hiring from the bottom of the gene pool of the most stupid and illiterate people!

Please do not use this location. Employee name is tee is super rude. Yelled at customers. Ignored them. She is so disrespectful and I believe she choose customer based on color. She is horrible

Leaves packages outside in the rain every time. Filed complaints with corporate and driver ratings on the app. There are instructions with every package to leave inside the patio. Still no better. If I had a choice on which carrier to use it definitely would not be FedEx!

FedEx is the worst! I was expecting a package today. I taped a big note on my door which read "KNOCK LOUD". There were three of us at home waiting for the delivery. We live in a 1,300 square ft condo. We would have heard the door knock. My adult son opened the door to see if the note was still intact, and found a FedEx note beside our note which said we missed the delivery. Our security camera recorded the delivery person standing in front of our door writing, and putting a missed delivery note on the door.HE NEVER KNOCKED OR RANG OUR DOORBELL. Because of that my special needs son is hysterical, because his repaired laptop was being returned finally. I called FedEx to ask if we can pick it up at their "Ship Center" today. I was told the only option available is to wait and see if it's delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow is Friday the 13th and I am sure things won't go well again. I find it unbelievable that a company that's primary business is delivering packages, and they can't do that right.

Don’t be decieved, it’s a real FedEx drop center. At first I was like wait what are all of these semis and warehouses but lone behold I found a drop of place. They have great hours too, never had nail issue and it’s usually relatively empty.

Pick up is until 7.30pm...I went earlier...go around 7pm or your merchandise still in with the drivers somewhere

The package was not delivered. They marked it as delivered. All I'm getting is “I’m Sorry” and how the driver has hundreds of packages. I personally believe they kept the package for themselves as it was obvious that it was a Nike box. If you want to ensure you get your items make sure you choose to sign for it. My mom has had issues with this same FedEx. It's trash. Plain and simple.

Zack and Wentzel (the manager) went above and beyond to help me locate a package that had been delayed 3 days. I desperately needed to receive my passport, and they were amazing. Thank you guys. I know it took a lot of extra effort.

They let me stay an extra half hour after closing time waiting for a slow driver to return to the hub with my package. They could have had me leave at closing time....enoug said. Bravo!!
