My experience is with the whole company of FedEx. I sent a package to my nice on 12/15/23 from Tombal,TX to Ft Lauderdale,FL. It's suppose to arrive on 12/20, i t was delay. It arrived on 12/23 to the the wrong address. I call rigth away to try to recover the box the same day one hour later, and the didn't do anything... Today is 12/26 and the box doesn't appear and they haven't done anything!!!! This is a nigthmare! My niece is visiting and she needs to return to Canada in a couple days with out the package.... I'm really frustrate and very upset!!

I had a package to return to Apple that contained a battery and thus is considered dangerous goods. The woman told me they couldn’t accept it at this store and I needed to go to the FedEx location at 2700 NW 25th St in Pompano Beach. I went all the way over there and was told they only allow pickups there, not drop offs. When I went back to this store to inform of this they clearly couldn’t have cared less that they had misdirected a customer who had wasted time going to the wrong place. The manager just said “well that’s where THEY tell us to send people”. Who exactly is THEY when you work as part of a global shipping company? Zero ownership of the issue. I asked them if they had any idea where I could drop the package. They gave me a fedex phone number (didn’t volunteer to call themselves!). I called the number there and then and I found out that the correct drop off location is 2600 NW 19th St in Pompano Beach. When I told the woman in the store “just so you know, this is the right location to drop off” she could not have taken any less interest. Not so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I will be using any location other than this one in future! Or maybe UPS instead.

I had an outrageously traumatizing experience with a package picked up from this store.I picked up two packages on 08/29 from this store, they were both clothes bought online from the same website. The packages both looked normal from outside, so I just signed for them and took them home.When I was unpacking, I noticed one of the packages was opened and re-closed by someone else previously. I opened that package up, the packing paper inside also looked non-damaged. Removed the packaging paper, BOM! The shirt on top was SOAKING WET with URINE!It’s seriously so hard to even imagine, someone from FedEx purposely opened my package, peed in the new clothes I just bought online, then carefully repackaged the whole thing to hide it from outside. Given the clothes on the top layer was still soaking wet, this incident happened not too long before the pickup.I just relocated from another state and pretty much don’t know anyone here, this could not possibly be personal. That means someone working in this store or some local FedEx employee who delivers packages to this store would randomly pick a package, open it up, pee in the package, then carefully repackage to hide what he/she/they did, then deliver it to the customer.I have filled a claim on FedEx website, but FedEx refused to even start an investigation on this case, simply because I was the recipient not the shipper, even though I was the one paid FedEx for shipping this package.The contents inside that package were just clothes bought online, I could easily either just toss them or request the website to ship me replaced ones. If this person who conducted this act chooses a package shipped between friends or family next time, that future victim would never be able to recover from such loss.Truly wish FedEx can catch the person who did this and take actions. Before that happens, strongly suggest to avoid shipping and picking up packages from this location.The staff who handed my packages over to me in store on that day was professional, efficient and friendly, one star to him. Negative 100 stars to everything else related to this outrageous experience.

Candace and Dylan were absolutely outstanding today! They helped me out with a simple shipping order and made the process much easier then expected. Gave me options and even helped me with another issue I didn't even come into the store for. This FedEx Store is located right off of Federal in Pompano Beach, within Broward County. The parking is a bit tight, so I would recommend going early. But these two individuals helped me beyond what was expected and now I know FedEx can actually create custom boxes for you, they can help you in store or on your own online. Which is super cool to know with all the small businesses that are up and coming as well as my own. They don't just create the boxes but can ship it directly to your home as well. I haven't seen any ads for this but thankfully Candace and Dylan were kind enough to educate me on a new service they provide. I'm so grateful to today's visit and recommend stopping by for any of your FedEx needs, guarantee they may just help you out in ways you didn't think of before! Best of luck! :)

I have been visiting this location for many years and have recently noticed an employee that stands out above all, Dylon S. Every time I have visited this location recently he has been there and goes above and beyond for all customers!! No matter how busy this location is he ALWAYS greets you upon arrival! He's an EXCELLENT multi tasker and can assist several customers while giving thorough and courteous service! He's very educated on the services provided within FedEx Office and is very patient in showing customers who may be a bit "technology" challenged how to navigate services available to them!!! He's TRULY an ASSET to your company!!! Hats off to Dylan at this location, a GREAT employee!!

Clarissa “Snowman” :-) was sooooooo helpful and professional. She recommended a box for all our loose items that needed shipping home after Christmas. All this while helping multiple customers at the same time. FedEx should be proud to have such a great person managing their store. Thanks again.
