I am really dissapointing this facility, they did not pick up the package from fedex drop box. they have not passed for 5 days. when I called nobody from fedex and fedex facility resolved this problem. really really bad service

they lost 4 packages in a row , diferent shipeers , they insist there is nobody at the addres when i was there.
No responsabilty taken for any of their mistakes.

3/4/25. Received notice of unavailable to sign for package, there was no tag left on the door. The picture posted online is not of my residence. Today, 3/5/2025, I waited for my package. Checked my email, and the same thing. Now there is a blurry picture attached. No tag left on the door. I called the outsourced number, which is truly no help. This is truly disheartening. If I could assist with the driver losing his job, I surely would. Per FedEx, I can’t pick it up! The driver is a liar, thief, or both. 😡
Follow up: After my complaint, I received the first door tag. No, I wasn’t home. I did drive to Pompano to place my package on hold, in hopes of picking it up the next day. The person answering the phone at the walk up window assured me the package would not go out for delivery again, and I could pick it up the next day. 3/7/25: Whelp, my package from a high end store was delivered, the TAPE TAMPERED, and the box PARTIALLY OPENED. Yes, my printed complaint was taped to it! FedEx check your drivers!

Came here to pick up a package on your Google maps it shows you close at 6 PM when I got there. It was like five something and they basically said that they were closed. I couldn’t pick up my package. It’s in route somewhere in oblivion and when you try to deliver to my house and you can’t get me you need to put clear cut concise directions on the door tag I had no idea what to do. I don’t use that often so next time put directions on there Hey you can pick up at this location. I basically play hide and go seek with my package and I never got it so thanks again FedEx and thanks to your poor customer service at your facility to pick up a package. You guys did great.

Absolutely worst FedEx delivery guy in the world he would come to my house not going to door and literally turn around and not wait for anybody to come to the door he did it three times and the package was unable to be delivered I have video on my cameras of him doing this three times and now I lost the package and have to wait. It was a medically necessary device that this guy put someone's life in jeopardy waiting on. This is absolutely unacceptable and this will be reported to FedEx corporate my cameras have facial recognition so I could get his face and send it to the right people I'm over this

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service, they have not been able to deliver the package for the third day. USPS is much better than FedEX.

TYRIQUE was supposed to be taking care of me with the packages they lost..this shipper leaves packages on your doorstep when they supposed to get a signature .and then forges the signature and the packages get stolen..and when they do hold the package for pickup they are the most rude and unhelpful employees I’ve ever met in my life ..like what do y’all get paid to do?

A driver for FedEx decided to deliver the package to another address instead of delivering it to the correct address. When i contacted FedEx, they told me to contact the shipper to file a claim, so i contacted the shipper and the shipper told me where the package was delivered, so i went to the address to where it was delivered, and the homeowner told me there was no package delivered there. Either the homeowner is a liar or the FedEx driver stole my package. FedEx is not trustworthy company.

I was told my package would be delivered yesterday. It was placed on the truck for delivery at 3:18am. Never arrived. The truck again states on it at 3:27am. Not a difficult address, but still can’t seem to be honest and deliver. As bad as the USPS.
