It's hit and miss. It appears that most of the products are Chinese knock-offs. Food court is actually reasonable priced for lunch.

What a festival!Honestly, in my opinion, be careful buying colognes/perfumes sold as testers. Originally back in 2000’-2014 most of the fragrance booths sold real testers. I found one I used for a long time “Fragrances by Victoria”. In the past 6-10 years, it’s hit and miss with colognes sold as tester samples. I have reverted to purchasing my favorites from Macy’s online, as paying the extra 20-45.00 per cologne is worth it to get what you know will be a lasting cologne.Again, just my experience with vendors at Festival Marketplace on Sample Road, just off the Turnpike.Perhaps if Victoria’s fragrance stand would honor a return policy, I would purchase again. But in my experience once you leave with it, you are stuck with your 150-200.00 purchase and it’s happened twice to me… shame on them the first time, shame on me for the second time!

BEWARE!I bought foundation at Rosemarie's Cosmetics and when I got home I noticed the tall bottle was only about an inch full. I brought it back to Robin and she replaced it with another bottle. I brought the new bottle home and it did not pump! And I discovered that the only foundation it contained was the thick, dried-up foundation sticking to the sides of the bottle. I used a flashlight to look in the bottle - it was empty!! I took a skewer stick to check it again - the same way you check your oil - and the stick came up dry. Needless to say, I was really upset. The second time I got cheated. I think they have just too much merchandise that gets old, smelly and dried-up the longer it just sits there. Each time I was there I did not see any other customers (that should have been my warning sign). So once again I had to drive the long distance to the Festival Flea Market to show Robin - and to get a refund for the old dried-up makeup they have. What was even more annoying was Robin couldn't understand my concern or even acknowledge it. She didn't even address the problem or peer into the empty bottle. All Robin could say was, she's never had any other complaints. Own up to the problem!! Any good merchant would do so. I will never buy one thing from Rosemarie's Cosmetics again.

I love shopping here. It's a one stop place for all your needs. But sometimes time on the weekend the music is so loud that you think you are at a rock concert. The stores that are near the food court you can't shop because you can't hear anything. Two Sundays ago we had to leave it was that bad.

Stopped in the marketplace La Viña Cuban cafe really quick for a Cuban coffee and picked up the 3 Milk Cake (Tres Leche). All the other times I’ve had Tres Leche I didn’t care for it. This one really good though. The Cuban Coffee was strong and good. Would’ve been better if they stirred the Sugar in the coffee.

1/4 the stores were open, and of that, about 1/2 were empty. They need to support or start entrepreneurial programs to get Booths filled and let everyone come to say it was packed. Focus on the biz's you don't have - old radio and TV repair, or bicycle repair or book store or health center with nutritionist that knows Spectracell ( nutrient testing), dietician, PT and/or Chiropractor. Ask them to not only commit to rent but to helping others thrive. Have biz building sessions, for example.

Pretty decent place to shop bargain priced items. Very large area and many varied shops. Decent food court area too. Plenty of chairs/benches to sit on to rest also.
