Just wanted to extend my gratitude for your always attention to address all the issues with appliances.Communication on this process is key and you guys keep me informed all the time.I very much appreciate your sending emails, pictures by text, invoices by email... all these digital artifacts help greatly to streamline the throughput with faster delivery.Kudos to Sergio, Maria and Maia for their dedication to customer service! The rudest most unprofessional company I've ever spoke with. Somebody came over on a Monday did not look like a repairman had no to about nothing on him but his cell phone. It took him all but two minutes to look at our issues he took the shelf to our refrigerator said that he would be right back and never came back. We called this company in a very rude lady kept answering the phone saying she'll call us back on friday! Yes a whole week later she said that somebody could come out in another week so that's 2 weeks from the day that the guy came and said he'll come back and never did. They have attitudes do not return phone calls and hang up on you. I just left to get my shelf that they never returned cuz they said they'll come back and they didn't. They offered no apologies and all of them two ladies and a gentleman were extremely rude. If I could give negative 10 Stars I would. Do yourself a favor and never work with these very rude unprofessional people.

Bought a dryer from them. Good product. Great price. The shop is run very efficiently and the lady at the counter was even helpful regarding a fridge part I was also looking for. Dryer was delivered to my home in just 2 hours. Very happy with my experience here.

If I could give a zero ,I would do it. I called them to change the rubber of the machine and after he did it ,he wasn't able to put my machine to work again . They got it for six months and told me he could not find the parts . They brought it today and gave me $250 dollars. They destroyed my machine ,it is missing a part and to fix it, the price is the same for the new one. They say that they have long time for experience, but they don't have anything. BE AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY. Totally unprofessional!

I have plenty of their appliances and the after service is terrible, i'm not buying again and if you buy you got to know that they give you a warranty that they don't comply

So my front loading washer is broken and asked around and someone told me about this company. Seemed like an easy fix as I did my own research on the problem so I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of buying a new one. Called them and it was an extreme pain to even get them to come out and look at the problem. A guy came weeks after first contacting them. Walked into my home and out within 4 minutes. I thought he was getting a tool or something from the car but he never came back until about an hour later saying “you forget to pay me” yes they take $45 for the initial consultation. Sir how could I pay you if you just walked out. I then asked him what the problem was and if he was gonna be able to fix it before I paid him he said the office would get into contact with me. Weeks pass and I hadn’t heard from them so decided to follow up. She said they were waiting on a part and finally called q few days ago saying they have the part and could come the following day. I said yes please come I’ll be gone all day and available. She said after 12pm someone will come. The following day comes and at 12:01 I received a call and missed it so she left a voicemail saying call us regarding your appointment. Nothing else. I called back MINUTES later and she said he was outside but because I didn’t answer he left. I had been home the whole time no one knocked on the door. And when the guy first came for the initial visit he called me when he was 20 minutes out and 5 minutes out and also when he arrived asking where to park. So it just did not make sense. I shared this with her and told her if she could ask him to come back since he just apparently left. She said she would give me a call back and it’s been a week and I have not heard back. Very poorly run company and I’m upset they stole $45 from me and more importantly my time. During all of this back and fourth I could’ve found a more reliable company or found another solution. DO NOT USE THEM. 0/10 overall experience.

This morning my tenant's refrigerator stopped working - He's a diabetic and needs to keep his meds in there! Try getting a new fridge same day.... Impossible. Brandsmart, Home Depot, Best Buy - nope - so I called C and S. The nicest young lady tells me to come in - they have plenty of pre used appliances in the size I need. Boom - two hours later the new fridge is installed and the old one is hauled away. This was an amazingly simple transaction. Very friendly family oriented mom and pop shop- I paid less than $850 for a three door stainless steel almost new fridge. That included delivery, install, and haul away. I asked if it breaks can I call them to fix - he said that's his profession! So now I have a friend in the business who I can call when things break. Today was a good day!it's worth noting I would have paid more than double in the stores and would have to have waited 5 days minimum! Support small business!

I have been using this company for ten years (since I moved to Pompano) and have had one issue, which they promptly fixed for me. Good people. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and the prices are great.

I was having problems with my washer , they came to my house promptly to fix the issue. The first visit was to diagnose and order parts , next day was installing. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Price was fair and job done right. Definitely recommend them and will be using in the future as needed.

Scam Company. They came out to fix my dryer charged me over 100 dollars. Promised I was given a month "warranty" next day the dryer broke again. I was charged an additional 50 dollars. Company would not honor warranty. Do not use. Stay away.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My landlord used this company to fix the refrigerator that was freezing everything inside of it. This company came out on three different occasions in a 3 week period and here I am still with a frozen fridge. They “replaced” the broken part twice or so they say they did.. Every time they came it was a 10 min visit with no clear communication from their techs. Now that my landlord has agreed to replace the fridge, Mya (who answers the phone) lied to me by saying they sent pictures to my landlord to choose from. When I follow up the next day, nothing has been done. I normally do not rate companies because I am usually very understanding but it’s been 4 weeks now and a very frustrating experience with this company.

This company called me in the morning and let me know they had a spot open to come fix my fridge the same day between 1 and 3pm. I mention to the person on the phone if it was closer to 3pm it would be better.She said she didn't know but she would have the technician call first and if I weren't home we would reschedule. I came home earlier from work and I gave them a call to get an ETA and the woman told me he wasn't coming(what????). He NEVER CALLED ME! She told my husband on the phone the technician was early and she told him not to come because I wasn't going to be home( what???? again!!!) Not a phone call from the technician to find out if I was going to be home or not, like we had agreed on...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
