I go here to get patches for projects. Large variety I will say but the customer service is terrible! I walked in and said hi to the lady. She ignored me. I said hello again and she looked at me again, no smiling no hello. I run a small business too and your returning customers are everything! Be nice. They can go down the hall to the other store and you will lose business. Work on customer service!

Horrible treatment stay away. If you buy anything check bag and receipt they took 1/2 of what I bought out of the bag and didn’t notice until I got home. Would not refund owner always on vacation. Cheats and liars! Zero stars!

Worst alteration I ever had!Ruined new dress, left a lot of material inside did not cut out!went back to have her fix…. She said no!Never going back… need to bring somewhere else to have it fixed in order to wear it!! ??

I dropped my wedding dress off (small alterations) for two weeks, and planned on picking it up on a saturday. I wasn't able to make it so i came the next day, when i arrived the lady said the dress isn't ready and she hadn't started it yet.....she acted like it wasn't a big deal and said i can walk around and wait for her to finish it. Mind you, i had to work so I couldn't wait 30 minutes. I'm never coming here again, really disappointed.

Had shirts altered and they are now none wearable. They would do nothing except refund the cost. Does not even pay for replacing one shirt

They shortened the selves on my shirts and told them to make the cuff and placket look the exact same way . The cut the placket and took off the buttons on the placket so there is just a button hole . My sports coat sleeves are two different lengths and one side is showing a button hole and the other shows half of that hole . No they can not be fixed as the placket was cut off

Been shopping at Stitch & Craft for over 35 years. Love Love this store. Great merchandise, owner &staff very friendly & prifessional. Ialways get compliements on all my clothes. Lots of rhinestones & studs. I would highly recommend this store. You won't be disappointed.

I've been shopping at your store for over 20 years. I Love It. I have brought many blouses with rhinestones, jeans with stones & embroidery on them. Gorgeous Gorgeous merchandise. I get compliements all the time. Thank you Thank you so very much for having a fabulous store.

Went looking for new bathing suit and everyone told me to go to a Store called Splash. Great looking suites but too pricey for me. A top, bottom, and 2 coverups were $248. They were a little expensive for a flea market, or at least that was my thinking.

Interesting to find a market inside. With lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Some of the pricing was high like 3 cucumbers for $4 dollars..thats a bit steep. I must admit everything was fresh and very well stocked. Seems many locals come here daily, as some were greeted by name. When checking out, a line of five or more would certainly warrant another register to be up and running.. I believe I was number 6 of 12 people waiting to check out.

I went here with my cousin a few months ago after not having been since I was a child. The atmosphere to this place is a little wack and creepy (imagine it abandoned, lol) but that just makes it more fun. But anyway, the reason the rating is so high is because I love that most of the pop-ups are immigrant-owned...whether they're selling artisanal goods or just cheap rip-offs, they deserve to succeed..the USA is supposed to be the country of dreams, so let it happen. While there, I met Turkish, French, Arabic, Korean shopowners...and this is what makes America America. OH, also, I TOTALLY forgot, the AMAZING antique showcase at the back of the market. I'm a s***** for antiques, and they have a larger collection than I've even seen at most museums, of a wide variety of things...I walked out with a Soviet-themed 1960s LIFE magazine that I got for SO cheap. Also, this place gives out coupons like nobody's business.There's definitely a certain eccentric personality type you need to enjoy a place like this one, but if you have it, it's a cool find.

I can't stop myself to write a review for my all-time favorite Festive Marketplace. I visite the store last month 3-4 times when some friends came from India. They love the place and bought so many clothes, jewelry, and many more things. Price and product quality is always the best. I think this is an amazing marketplace for gifting. I loved it and visit it soon. I am a happy customer.
