I had to take time out to let Floor and Decor know the quality of their employee that they have working for them. I have worked with Rosemund a few times and every time he delivers exceptional customer service. He takes time to listen and actually helps the customer. He is very patient and willing to go the extra mile. I've been to the other store in Fort Lauderdale many times due to a renovation project I'm doing but came to the Pompano store for a specific tile.
He deserves to be honored and recognized for his professional service. This last time we went to the Pompano store they were so busy, and the associates seemed to be too busy to help us. We were waiting and kept being told someone is coming. Rosemund came down the aisle, and assisted us in 5 minutes.
Good employees are very hard to find. It was truly a pleasure to shop there and be satisfied with the purchase. Thank you Rosemund for your dedication and care.

Home & Decor in Pompano is amazing! Maribelis was incredible, super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Blake also went above and beyond to help us with a custom piece we needed, and it came out perfect. This is the level of service we need. This is definitely our spot for future home purchases!

Change to floor and decor to purchase wood flooring experience some car issues Sabrina the design supervisor was great she came outside and assisted me and even gave me a jump in my car if you have any needs for your home or business please make sure you stop in and see Sabrina she's amazing great customer service

Wow! What an amazing experience at this location. Every time I come, I am met with a positive attitude from everyone. Marie is often working as a cashier at the front and is very helpful and kind. Elijah helped me pick out Marble today and what a hard worker he is!! We found the perfect product! Stephan and Marie helped me check out. And Rose packaged everything up. I feel like the team at this location is like a well oiled machine.. Everyone pitches in. Thanks for making my day!

Terrible customer service. Waited, 45 minutes and was told to come back the next morning, it would be ready. I went back the next morning and it was not ready and I waited another 45 minutes. When I expressed how frustrating it was, the employee's act like they didn't care. Actually.
Stood there and waited while they carried on a conversation and ignored me. I think i'm done with this company. By the way , this wasn't the first time.
