DO NOT USE THIS PLACE..Valentine's Day, delivered flowers the were dead.. called immediately sent pictures per the request and was told sent to the department to handle and would call back. The next day the money was taking from my account. I waited two weeks and no response. I called and left a message and no return call. I called back and voice mail again.A woman called back and said they don't reimburse ? this place is run by crooksRonald Smith

Rosanna is the owner and she is excellent at her work!! I had my wedding yesterday and she captivated my vision to the exact! So romantic so perfect! The flowers were stunning stunning, they were fresh, smelled so beautifully and it truly does make a difference to have these beautiful flowers. I would not have changed a thing. It was truly my dream come true with all of the flower arrangements. It was everything I could want! Thank you Rosanna!

I had ordered light columns around the dance floor for a ridiculous price. When we were setting up for my wedding the day prior, I came into the room and looked at the light columns, and they looked horrific. I called them and said you need to go back and fix them. I also asked if I could speak to the owner Blanca who is the only person I’ve been dealing with and apparently her staff said that she left the company 15 years ago. Completely dissatisfied with this company.The first picture is what I ordered the next two pictures is what I got. You could barely see the lights, the curtains, so wrinkled everywhere and dragging on the floor. They did come back and attempted to fix it. Thank God, my DJ set up lights to put up the columns or else she would not have seen them the entire night.

I cannot say enough about Rosse Events & Blanca Creations. I have used them now 3 times and the most recent was last weekend for my daughter's sweet 16. From start to finish they were professional, courteous, & helpful. Hazel was great to communicate with & always answered calls/questions. Rosse showed up on time and the set-up was beautiful. All of the centerpieces were absolutely perfect & the flowers were exactly how we wanted them. Unfortunately I am a typical guy & took no pictures, however I can attest that the value & final product was amazing. I am a lifelong customer and highly recommend them for any floral needs for any occasion.

I had to call up, because nobody was in the store. I’m in the store calling out. No answer. They have a few orchids on a tray. I asked the price of one with no pot. Just a clear plastic soup container. $50. No thanks!

Awful service.I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day from this florist. I gave instructions that the address was an apartment building but the day of the delivery the delivery man claimed that no one at the apartment building was there to let him in. The building has a security guard working 24 hours a day but whether someone was available to let him in or not wasn't the issue. My problem was that no one bothered to call, text or email that the flowers failed to be delivered until I had to call them at 5pm on Mother's Day asking where the delivery was. The women on the phone was extremally rude about the situation and made it sound like it was my fault, as the customer who paid $74 for a flower arrangement, that the bouquet was not delivered and I was not notified. I would NEVER order from here again and I would advise you to do the same.

They were on time and very professional. They even took the time out to tell me how to properly care for the flowers till I was ready to gift them. All in all I would recommend them a hundred times over.

I absolutely LOVED Blanca and her staff. Blanca knew exactly what I wanted even when I lacked at properly describing it. The day of my wedding everything was even more beautiful than I imagined! We had a yacht wedding in June and it started pouring before my ceremony and her staff stayed and helped dry chairs so my wedding wouldnt be ruined. All the bouquets, centerpieces and all flowers were perfect. Our wedding was 06.2012 and I still love all of our florals!

Rosse Events and Blanca Creations did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding flowers! Luz was so kind, attentive, and detail-oriented and she was such a joy to work with. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me make my wedding flowers so beautiful while still being cost effective! She was super flexible and patient with me the entire process and especially the week of the wedding when I had to make some last minute changes. Luz and her team create stunning floral arrangements and are such a pleasure to work with. If you are considering booking them, do it now!
