Came to see if they had what I was looking for. When I arrived the manager was in the phone the entire time, swearing and not giving a damn I was there. The girl that helped clearly was newer and was having trouble finding the shoes. The manager finally after about 10 minutes of me being there went and helped her, still in the phone. Don’t go.

Never Going BackI first visited the Foot Locker store located at Coral Ridge Mall (FL) with my family with the intention of buying shoes for all. My husband asked a chubby girl, who was at the cash machine doing nothing, if she could assist. However, she indicated him to download the app while having a terrible actitude. We ended up leaving.Later that week, I went to another Foot Lococker location. This time at the Pompano Beach city center. There were two associates talking. None of them bothered to assist me. I asked the price of a pair of shoes I was holding to one of the employees who seemed to be exausted. He said the numbers, took the shoes from me and put them back without asking if wanted to buy them.At the end, I spend over $350 at the NIKE website. I understand that stores are struggling to find quality employees. However, bad employees, as shown, are not the answer.

Gave this store a chance a few times only out of convenience u but by far the worse experience at any footlocker. Poor customer service attitudes from employees store shut close down

First, let me say that I am so tired of SALES persons acting like they are doing me a favor when they finally acknowledge a customer needing assistance. Really, if you put the shoes out in the store I would wholeheartedly skip the rude treatment and help myself, but this store makes it impossible to do that since we only have a single shoe on display. I left the Pompano Citi Center store after customers were VAPING obsessively next to my children. The customers mocked me when I asked them to stop. The store manage, Mike, shrugged and said there is no store policy against it. Another mom left with her kids. The vaping girls looked like they were there to "hang around" with the staff and not there to buy anything. I had two pairs of shoes selected for purchase totalling $285. I was appalled at the behavior of the girls and the male staff members, and dropped everything and left, with one child still in their socks. Disgusting! Is this your brand?

There should be a no rating option. The two woman working today were very rude with no filter of talking about people. They started arguing with a few teenagers shopping there. When I was going to ask for help the lady was on her phone. Management needs to do a better job on who they hire or train how to provide better customer service.

I mean, I've honestly never seen a smaller collection of shoes. It took my wife and I, literally, 20 seconds to see all of their shoes, none of which were organized by shoe style or even men or womens shoes. You would think if shoes aren't categorized by that or style (Tennis, Basketball, etc.) someone would ask what you are looking for. Nope. There were 3 employees standing around talking to each other with nobody else in the store. The stark lack of inventory is kind of shocking and was awkward to walk in and out so fast as a result. It was mostly clothing. I guess the Jordan's make them the money they need to stay open and they don't bother with anything else.
