AVOID! They will show you a price online but when you show up to buy the product, they tell you that Google made a mistake. They wanted over $600.00 even when i showed him that the online price that they have it listed is $134.00.
Blaming on Google and dismissing the customer shows bait and switch tactics.

Guess I won't be buying anything from Grainger. Any call one makes to a specific location to inquire about materials is automatically routed to a main 1-800 number. The person who answered my call clearly had no knowlege about the material I needed or about construction for that matter. I eventually gave up and ended the call. Great job, Grainger! Keep it up with the DEI hires, and I'll stick with Amazon..

The customer service team experience on the phone was by far the best I have ever experienced. They were helpful.
