I had customer issues with 2 of my online orders so I came to the store since it was local. Manny helped me in 30 minutes and resolved everything!! He was fast and attentive. He saved the company money from me placing returns. Aside from Manny, the facility was neat and clean.

Very poor follow up on orders. They never have items on the date they promise. If it doesn’t arrive they don’t even try to track it down. I would not ever order from them again. At least Home Depot tries to find out where items are when the don’t arrive on time. Don’t go to grainger. Go to Home Depot instead
