Purchased online for export. I inquired about thinthe quality of the tile since I could not view in person. Lied lied lied. Cheap thin ceramic tile.. wasn't honest about the quality and durability. Buyers beware when trusting their word .. go and feel it in person.

This experience was exceptional. I started with Kevin who was most charming and helpful. He promised that the job would be done in two weeks from beginning to end. Well the next day Top renovation arrived with three men Magill, Mario, and another gentleman followed by the boss Anthony. They demolished immediately and discarded the old cabinets. The same afternoon the new cabinets arrived and were assembled on site. The next day they were installed. The next day Danny and Ryan from the granite counter came and measured . One week later the kitchen was finished. Everyone was so easy to work with and very obliging. I highly recommend the crew I was given.

Went to this store and found a great selection of flooring. The sales people were so helpful and answered all my questions. I bought my flooring from them and highly recommend them for selection, quality, service and price.

Honestly this is my first review.... One I have been meaning to do for a long time. I purchased from their online site. They had tiles on special for 50 cents a sq ft. What a deal right? These tiles were for export. So I did not see them in person. So I called to ask if these tiles were of good quality - because they were for export and they cannot be returned. I spoke to several people a lady and then the manager. They both assured me that they were good and was just having a sale on them. I spent almost $1800 usd with them. I relied on the seller being honest and upfront. I'm in sales as well, sometimes customers ship sight unseen. However if something is not up to par. I tell my customers so that they can make an informed decision. However this company is not so honest... far from it. $$$ is their main focus not customer satisfaction or even product satisfaction. The tiles i purchased claimed to be Floor tiles. However they were more like wall tiles- that's how thin and fragile they were. My tile guy said I got screwed... and judging from amount of damages I had simply when they pressed on the tiles while laying in wet motar -the tiles just broke in half in some cases or the edges. I now see why they were on sale. And Then, get this... two weeks later after they had already took my 2 pallets of tile and thinset to the ship yard. They called asking to charge my c.card again for $150 for a shipping fee. They say they forgot to charge me initially. I will upload the pics for the Embramaco 24x24 tiles that just was a total loss to me. I called the seller they of course said that its the fault of the tiler. I sent pics of the damages and then also pictures of the thinness of the tile and compared to a different floor tile thickness. They basically said too bad too sad and good luck.

My husband brought me to meet Lukas and Half Price Tiles store to shop for tiles for our new house. We were totally impressed with the friendly customer service and the great quality and selection of tiles. They also have tiles for all budgets.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Lucas with plans to renovate my guess bathroom the level of professionalism and knowledge in tile surpassed every other local company in my area this guy really knows his stuff. His company gave me a great price on the tile we selected with very fast turn around time I will be using half price tiles from now on for all my buildling materials with out a doubt.

Helpful, polite and incredibly patient and accommodating! and the tile-Wow, I have received numerous praises of my floors. I bought tile that looked like wood and I am beyond thrilled. It's gorgepus! Wow what can I say. After going to 5 different stores my wife and I finally settled on a tile from half price tiles. Bolney and Lucas were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and the product price was very competitive. Definitely recommend anyone looking for tile to stop by.
