I’ve been a loyal customer of Happy Nails in Pompano Beach for quite some time, but unfortunately, today was my last visit. I brought my 5-year-old son with me, and when he politely asked for a cup of water, everyone looked to one man—possibly the owner—who simply said “No.” No explanation, no kindness, just a flat-out refusal to a child. It was incredibly disappointing and left a lasting negative impression. That kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially toward a child. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Disappointed with My Manicure at Happy Nails (Pompano Beach)
Hello, I wish I had known what to expect before my visit. I went to Happy Nails in Pompano Beach for a manicure, and while the nail tech did shape my nails and provide cuticle care, the overall service felt incomplete. There was no hand massage, oil, or lotion — just a quick soak and polish.
I left feeling disappointed with the results and stunned that the desk receptionist would argue with a paying customer. I was hoping for a more relaxing and pampering experience. This place is such a let down, and was a let down for my invited guests. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect, and in hopes that the salon considers offering more consistent, well-rounded service.

I had the BEST experience with Amy. I’ve seen her twice and she’s very attentive to detail. My last set was SO STRONG and lasted 5 weeks. My new dip nails are so cute! I spend $100 total for dip nails and gel pedicure.

Got a mani pedi , they sliced my feet up to the white meat , an my fingers , did not say sorry , didn’t offer a bandaid , sat there laughing , didn’t even try to order a discount , I will not be back an I should’ve pressed charges, will never send anybody there

Rude to customers. I would not recommend going there. I witness the cashier called a customer a Liar because her eye lash came off while still in the salon. She just wanted to have it fixed back and they wanted to charge her another ten dollars? She said it was not enough glue on it and the lash fell of right while she was getting her nails done. The lady said she lying she must have pulled it off. The customer was not even arguing with her she was trying to explain and the lady at the register starting called her names and speaking Korean and using bad language. All unnecessary for an eyelash. Pooor customer service

I walked into Happy Nails to get a pedicure. I was seated in the chair for a pedicure and presently sitting the chair for 10 minutes. A client walked in after me and received service. There’s a man who work here is sitting next me on the cell phone. I guess pedicure doesn’t bring in much money so no one wants to render me service.

My fiancé got her nails done here and a pedicure. SHE REALLY ENJOYED THE JOB THEY DID. I highly recommend all guys to bring their ladies here. Very great job and great customer service. 5 STAR ALL DAY.

I am so conflicted while writing this review. I used to go here but stopped because of how they let it go. So to address the elephant in the room. The place is an absolute mess, nails on the floor,stations, walls, chairs covered in debris/nail polish, and whatever else. Cardboard boxes stacked a mile high. After failing to find a place I liked I returned, and once again they produced the best nails I have ever gotten. So if you are willing to look over the mess I promise you, you will have 10/10 nails! Gorgeous . I wouldn't risk a pedicure though due to the mess.
