Everything is okay but not the 53 foot dry vans. Plus you get here early, inform them, after 3-4 hours you will get the dock and after completing the time they will put is 1 hr before entering the dock. That is senseless!

Truckers you have to be super patient, vigilant & remain professional for this place.1st pic: me at the gate; the dock is directly to the left. 2) Finally docked after refusing to back into the dock; after they finally moved a truck so I could pull all the way in & get into the dock; notice how close the truck is to the gate 3) shows the obstacles in the way when leaving. What they don't tell you is you have to turn away from the gate, (w the trucks in the way) ask them to move the trucks so that you can back out the gate. It felt like they were taunting me at one point because one older fluffy guy on a forklift came out, making gestures as to how to get into the dock & then he finally moved the truck. Even if they aren't being professional; remain calm. I definitely will not be revisiting that store.

These people do not respect your job. The loading area is a Mess. No explanation whatsoever from the front office, they just tell you to bring the order paper to the loading area and expect you to figure it out by begging someone from the inside to come give you aid. They all seem to dislike their job. Not my problem, but it wastes so much time it ends up being a joke. Never going to this location again.

Horrible service in the yard. Employees don't care and enjoy making customers wait. This place is my LAST resort and never a first. *Edit* finally getting loaded and they try to give me my half pallet of quickcrete without the pallet and ask me to load it onto my bed myself!

HD SUPPLY? - I have been trying to get a door picked up for weeks now. I call everyday and this company still shows no customer support. My case is still open. Order#W218148907Why is it so difficult to pick up a door and issue a refund. SMH

This place is a complete waste of money and time . You can order 3 days before and your delivery will be two days late . If you try to go to their store you will be waiting hours cause their employees have no clue what theyre looking for and take their sweet time . Their promotion is “ order and it will be ready in 2 hours “ that is also a lie and a false advertisement lawsuit waiting to happen .. they have bought almost every other supply business to monopolize the supply chain but failed to me their promises … i have wasted days of payroll a bunch of times having guys out on the jobs and this HD failed to deliver at all on the day .. i advise you not to believe their delivery dates , i advise you not to go into the store to purchase unless you have 3-4 hours to waste time !!!!! Overall this place is an embarrassment to the brand and a loss to the merchant … stay away from this place they never have truck drivers or competent people….

Their service is a horrendous we continuously called in for assistance and weren’t able to get anywhere. After we were told to call back because they were too busy.No care for other people’s time.
