About Hertz Car Rental - Hertz Lighthouse Point
Hertz Car Rental on Federal Highway in Pompano Beach receives strong praise for its customer service, with multiple reviews highlighting staff who are friendly, kind, and go above and beyond to help. Customers report that the team is patient, accommodating, and very hands-on in resolving issues, including assisting with damage claims and facilitating vehicle exchanges. This exceptional service leads many to state they will rent from this specific location again and again, recommending it over others.
However, the location can be hard to find as it is inside a Kia/Mitsubishi dealership. A minor drawback noted is that the location does not offer a ride home upon vehicle return. Some rental terms, like extending a prepaid reservation, were also unclear to a customer. Despite this, the staff's consistent effort and the occasional upgrade to a nicer vehicle than reserved contribute to a positive overall experience.

The rental was ok. There's a sign on the door of Hertz, but it took forever to find it bc there's no sign indicating they're in that plaza. I drove past it 2x. Just give yourself some extra minutes to find them the first time
