PAID 300$ TO HAVE MY TAXES DONE IN JANUARY PAID FOR RAPID RETURN RECEIVED MY FED TAX RETURN AND THEY TOOK ALL THERE MONEY AND NOW ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS HAVENT GOT MY STATE TAXS CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD THEY CANT HELP ME TO CALL IRS MY SELF WHY DID I PAY THEM FOR APPEARS TO ME TO SCREW ME AND GET THERE MONEY AND THEN DROP ME I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DON'T CARE AS LONG AS THEY GOT PAID I GIVE THEM A NEG 5STARS AND A BIG NEVER AGAIN

This was the best service I recommend!! The gentleman named “Joseph Famiglietta” did a fantastic job helping me out with my tax return. It was a struggle trying to fix it at first but he pulled through it and made it work. Thank you Joseph for you help! 😊

I met with them face to face to explain my return. I uploaded all my documents. Never heard back. I kept following up. They said sorry I am too busy to do your return. This is just a few days before taxes are due. Who does that? Especially if you are tax pro? I was left in a bad situation

The office manager was warm, friendly and professional. Told us the advisor would be a min. Sue Blalock comes out and rudely stated that our tax return was more involved than was lead to believe. My partner asked how much time are we talking. And she responded about 45 to a hour. As soon as he mentioned he tried to start it online, she told us she didn't want to waste her time. The office manager stepped in and rescheduled us with the other Advisor. When we returned we were told that this office wasn't the right environment. I can only assume that Joseph Famiglietta refused to see us or look at our return.Both H&R block advisors were rude and unprofessional.

Peggy is extremely helpful, she takes her time explaining everything, you can ask her as many questions and she will not hesitate to answer any concerns you may have. She is awesome!!

My sister did her tax’s with Sue Blalock the worst she had appointment with Joe but he take someone before her because she came to early I watch them treat my sister so bad it’s seem like they don’t like black peoples are just don’t like there job my sister taxes got rejected and Sue did not care why was so rude I am in here doing a review on this two nasty peoples waiting on a manager to report them ?

Antoinette was very kind and sweet who was determined to fix my issue and always was making sure my tax was file correctly and get me back the maximum she was delightful….Joe was very rude and unprofessional he wanted to go back and forth with antoinette about a question she had ask and he didn’t want to help her or me he was very mean i wouldn’t recommend him at all
