We have never had a worst experience with a bank. They are utterly incompetent. We could not deal with their customer service on the phone because of hours of waiting a language barrier. We took 3 hours drive to the nearest branch to speak to a human, and it was a complete waste of time. They have even refused to close our account.

Worst bank on earth. Unfriendly staff. No zelle service. They limited their hours even more using covid as an excuse. Their branches have been closing up all over Broward over the years. This is the last remaining branch in the area, and I'm sure it will be disappearing soon also. Good riddance. There are many other Banks out there that appreciate customers.

The WORST!!!!!The customer service is non-existent. Cannot answer the simplest of questions. Transferred three and four times just to verify simple questions about my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!

The customer service at the Los Olas branch is terrible! They are in need of some serious training in how to greet and treat their customers. How that privacy is important when dealing with financial matters. Get it together!

One of the banker here a black american women is very rude, she treated me very disrespectful when I visited the bank this week, she didn't even try to provide me with the information I needed and insisted that another guy asist me, if I could give this location a zero star I would, this company needs to educate their bankers with customer service skills.
