This place is very clean. The attendant honestly was wiping things down and sweeping while I was there. She asked if I needed anything and was extremely nice. I stopped at a laundromat closer to me before coming here and it was so bad I had to walk out which I’m glad I found you guys. Thank you for caring because that's hard to find these days

I came here tried using their atm DO NOT USE IT my bank locked my card for suspected fraud from their atm they said could have a card reader but it’s suspected for fraudulent activity my sister called their tried saying something got hung up on

I dropped off my comforter here to be washed AND dried, and when I picked it up, it was still completely damp and wet. I had to take it somewhere else just to finish the job I already paid for.
When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely unprofessional — she even hung up on me while I was explaining the problem. I later contacted the owner hoping she would make it right, but she refused to offer a refund or even redo the service. Absolutely no accountability or customer care. No apology, no responsibility, nothing. Just excuses and attitude.
It’s beyond me that an owner of a business would not take any responsibility for employees that work for her that are incompetent and don’t do their job. She would rather take out on the customer and lose their business. Basically I paid for a service I did not get, so this laundromat is a fraud and a scam.
There are plenty of laundromats that value their customers — this is not one of them.
Do not come here. Take your business elsewhere.
Avoid being scammed for your money and headaches with extremely unprofessional people who hate their job.

Started going there when our dryer broke and later when our washer broke. Always clean machines, tables for folding, convenient location and friendly staff

I usually stop by here because I like how nice and clean it always is . Washer and dryers are decent but the lady who’s there in the day time is rude and I won’t be back. She pick and choose who she wants to provide customer service to. It sucks because someone attitude makes you not even want to step in the building

Very clean, the lady is actively cleaning each machine after it's used. Nice a/c, it smells so good in there . They have things to occupy you while waiting like vending machines, tvs and some arcade things for kids. I will say it's a lil pricier than the one I used to go to but it's worth it because I feel safe here lol. The last place I used to go to was very sketchy.

I visited the laundry today only to know that the customer are very rude to the employees and this is not my first time by the way I always come here because it is kept clean and the employees are very respectful and friendly etc .I just hope that the pay is worth it the employees are getting mistreated for there work and honestly I wouldn’t even treat a animal like how the customers are treating the employees and am just speaking of how I see it.i hope the owners take this in consideration .

CHECK YOUR CLOTHES FOR DRY SPOTS! NOT ENOUGH WATER! I wasted $10.50 on a large washer, the one for comforters, to wash my clothes. My clothes were half dry like water did not even touch them. The answer from the clerk, “The only time that happens is when you put too many clothes in it.” The washer was not even completely full. I had to rewash my clothes. Needless to say, this will be my last time here. I don’t have money to give away for services not rendered. How is it that you pay $10.50 to wash your clothes in a large machine, but you can only fill the machine 1/2 full. It’s way for the owner to have you use more than one machine. I’ll go to my normal place down the way until my washer at home is fixed. BTW the same thing happened when I rewashed my clothes. A total of $18.75 for 1/2 washed clothes. And most people that go there, never really look at their clothes, so they don’t know that they are being ripped off. They clean the machines, but beware.
