My favorite go to store for Liz Claiborne shoes and clothes. Found some amazing earrings and bracelet there. Go to that clearance rack for treasures. Underwear and nightgowns were a hit as well. Gadgets and gift ideas everywhere in sight. At Sephora I purchased Juicy Couture perfume for my daughter.

AVOID THE No Support Company. On 9/23/2023 ordered items online with plans to secure the items via curbside upon arrival. Upon arrival, I checked in as stated via the "order ready" email. After waiting for lengthy time, I decided to call the store for a status. After being unsuccessful to getting anyone to answer their business phone, I went inside for further assistance. Once inside there were no one available. Made a call to JCPenney customer service at (800) 322-1189. At this number a gentleman named "Emmanuel" answered, asked me my name; only to not provide support to a customer calling the "customer service" line of this company. Emmanuel directed me to callback in order to speak to someone else other than him. As a result, he placed the customer (me) on hold without notice and decided to not return. In addition, Emmanuel (JCPenney) customer service rep said there was nothing that could be done about my reasoning for the call - get some form of support due to the local store not answering calls and no one available. Emmanuel's handle of the customers issue was acceptable and is a huge deal breaker for any additional purchases.

What a beautiful store! They have almost anything you want and you are not exhausted walking as the store is the perfect size. This is a Pompano Beach treasure as the workers are friendly and helpful and the store is clean!!!

A great shopping experience. Environment is relaxed and quiet, everything's cohesively organized, staff is helpful and friendly. I found the clothing to be elegant regardless of it being formal or casual. Prices are great too!In particular, I'd like to compliment the lady who tended to me today, unfortunately I couldn't get her name, but I was there on 5/2/23 at around 5pm. She was really helpful!

No disabled wheelchair. Only chair available, once you sit you fall deep. Uneven sidewalks as you enter. Fancy bricks, won’t let walker slide and had to lift walker which gave me pain. The entrance doors for disabled not working. A shame, cause I like this store.

Sephora is no longer in the JCPenney stores. The selections for clothes seem outdated. It was actually sad walking thru the store as it was empty. No customers. It's a shame as it was once a great place to shop.

Clean and neat. Sales and clearance sections. Great service with all the J.C. Penney mall options like salon and watch service.

Jeans didn't say they were on sale, but 2 pairs of $48 Jean's cost me a total of $42!!! What a bargain!!
