This is insane, after traveling 1/2 hr to get here, the lady in the Fabrice department is with a customer, or so I thought, taking her measurements, exchanging cash, that she pocketed, I'm confused thinking this is a service that JOANN offers, after waiting 15 mins with this "customer" I asked the sales lady, is this a service that you offer, she looks at me and has the nerve to say "NO, this is personal" REALLY?? you saw me standing there all this time, why??? Of course I left without my fabric, because there's no one else to help, never again, worst service...
