Lin and Jeff were outstanding. They had an extremely difficult install. They added an additional hose bib on the dock. They ran over 30 feet of pipe to connect the two, under the dock, while being on a floating platform. They did great, and we are very happy with the results. I have used John the Plumber several times and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the scope of work.
Also a big thank you to Maleen and Jody in the office. They are so professional, always happy to help, call when the technician is on the way and always follow up to make sure the job was done correctly.
I would recommend John the Plumber to anyone that needs any plumbing services done.
Outstanding service, great communication and follow up.

River and Johnathan were excellent, excellent techs. The completed the job of installing anew toilet quickly, cleanly and professionally, in addition too being pleasant and answer any and all questions. We could not have asked for better guys, and we hope in the future to have them for any jobs that are necessary.

I had an after hours emergency and River came out within an hour. He was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and he put a temporary fix on it. He came back the next day with Johnathan and the two of them finished the job. They were both professional and great at what they do. They are an asset to the company.

The two gentleman at John the Plumber were lovely. They offered to take their shoes off, looked at all of the issues on my plumbing to-do list, put together quotes and before leaving fixed the primary problem, replacing the garbage disposal. I heartily recommend John the Plumber and will call them again. Thank you!
