The team knew their inventory cold and helped me dial in square footage, trim pieces, transitions, and grout so I ordered exactly what I needed (no guesswork, no waste).

Lead times were honest, pricing transparent, and special orders came in exactly when promised. “Would give 5stars if it wasn’t for Debora. Every time I come here, she says “sorry we are out of stock” without checking their system when there isn’t enough of an item on the floor. Online shows there is stock available at the store and she keeps telling me that’s wrong. Which ultimately made us go to other stores and purchase elsewhere. Well this time I found someone else after she again told me they out of stock! I needed this particular piece of marble for my shower bench. Thank you so much for Fefe! She immediately looked up her inventory and found it in stock. They weren’t on the floor so she had to go to the back warehouse and locate them. She called over Leaford, and he made digging out those heavy marble slabs look like light work. I ended up purchasing that marble slab and hopefully can finish my project with you guys.”
