I mad an appt on Monday of this week 2/24 for a drug screening (urine) and never received a call or anything that they do not do these type of appts on Fridays. I took time off work and showed up at the office at 7:45 for the lady at the front desk to inform they don’t do it and I basically wasted my time. Didn’t try to accommodate or make a new appointment or anything.

This place calls itself a lab, but they can't do my blood test because they have no ICE???!!!

Labcorp says that on Saturdays they serve for laboratory tests and when I try to make an appointment for any Saturday, they do not give me an option for any Saturday. On the website they have discontinued Saturdays in any month of the year, but when I contact them by phone they say that they are open on Saturdays and on the website they do not give the option to make appointments on Saturdays. What a lack of respect towards the public, deceiving us, that is a mockery towards the patients.

The worst location I’ve been too . I was on time for my appointment at 2 then they say they closed everything down early so they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. Very ridiculous and unprofessional

The lady (seems old and not hispanic) at the front desk is very rude and unprofessionnal. She can't even provide any information she just say call this number when I ve been calling for weeks and nobody answered it was an automated message she said she's been complaining nobody answered the phone. I would not have to come if somedy had answered.

I had an appointment this morning for a blood draw in Tamarac, and was treated wonderfully and gently by Renalda. I did not receive an email survey, so I am posting my experience on Google. I love this Lab Corp. Thank you, Renalda. :)

It was my pleasure getting my blood drawn today by Sheka! She is amazing, from her skills at getting the blood to her wonderful personality. Her alone, makes me rate this place a 10/10 - I’m looking forward to my next visit..

Sheka was amazing ? I was late to my appointment and forgot my paperwork from the Dr., she let me go home and come back, aside from that, I was sent to get blood multiple times because NO ONE CAN EVER DRAE MY BLOOD. I have NO VEINS and it's so stressful. Sheka was able to stick me on the first try. Give this place (Her) a 10 out of 10

The online appt was so easy to setup and the check in from car was super convenient. I had a 10 am appt, technician was ready for me at 940 when i checked in by phone. The lab is super clean and only 2 patients were inside lobby with me. The staff was courteous and friendly and helped me get processed swiftly. I was done at 1018 and leaving the parking lot. Thank you Labcorp for your awesome services and staff.

You guys need to put on google that you close at 3pm. i was dropping off some urine test and i was knocking since 2:50pm and then people around you told me that you guys close at 3pm but i went there because online said you close at 3:30pm, i was just dropping off not even getting nothing done

The worst service I have ever received in my life, I arrived at the time of my appointment and I received a message that I had to wait in my vehicle after 40 minutes I decided to go in to see what was happening and they helped me reluctantly because they were going to close, They took the sample from my 3-year-old baby more than 3 times and in the end they told me not after my daughter's suffering that I should take her somewhere else, that they couldn't process the sample. Terrible service. Never come here
