Every single person I talked to was kind and patient and I called three times and came in for pick up once. The prices were more than fair compared even to the places you have to pull yourselves. I loved the security of the over the phone payment system where you key in your number rather than read it to a person. I was given a throughout description of the quality of the product as well. Plus I had multiple choices for where to get my parts sent and they were sent fast!! I definitely recommend. I appreciated the cleanliness of the warehouse as well.
