Wish I could give -10 stars. If you want rude, rush quality, service this is your place. I came in to get a full set, but the people that were there were so rude I left.. Don't waste your time or money unless subpar service is what you are willing to accept

I usually come for lashes. Came for a pedicure. Horrible! Extremely rough and rushed. Made mu toe bleeding until it could bearly stop. Unapologetically rough. Don't ever.get a pedicure here.

Honestly went in for gel manicure ? it was possibly the fastest manicure I've ever gotten. It was more like color change. She rushed barely cleaning my nails when I asked to use new tools she gave an attitude ? ? then asked to make sure and clean my edges ugh $30 wasted

The manager racially profiles for different prices and will service ANY race before African Americans, making us wait an hour before we are serviced. He will also lie and act like he doesn’t know how to preform certain nail techniques to avoid doing African Americans- rudely brushing them off to other staff while he caters to mostly Caucasian races. This place is overpriced, out-dated, no grey polish and racist

Very poor quality - Gel nail set with tips On New Years Ève Day. My nails were all different lengths, not matched hand to hand even as I was asking for this and telling the nail tech. She spoke no English but had the manager translating what i was saying. Very inexperienced. The gels lasted less than 7 days. In addition: I called to make an appointment but it was walk in only. I came over right away and was sixth in line. I asked if they had dip powder , the man on phone said yes. They have 8 or 9 glow in the dark or garish colors , so gel or reg mani only. Pedi was quick, offered massage with spa pedicure but no listed time in minutes. If she could have done less she would. High end cost with very low quality

I paid $50 dollars to get my nails and it wasn't even what I ask for, my cuticles was bleeding and I'm in so much pain I can't even wash my hands without feeling pain, what's worse is he painted over my cuticles.The customer service wasn't the worse.

Kevin is great, the rest of the staff is nice but never get my request right. I also would like to leave my tip on credit card or debit card not cash for tax deduction purposes.

I went for a gel manicure and it was one of the worst I've had.... Very rushed and sloppy. 1. I had gel on and she didn't do a great job removing it so there was still some on my nails when she finished. Even when I pointed it out to her she just quickly filed it but still did not remove it all. 2. After removing the polish she soaked my fingers in cold water. Not a big deal but I was surprised since every other manicure I've had it's warm/hot water. 3. She was very rough with the sponge file/buffer and kept running it over my skin so aggressively it was painful. 4. She was so rushed cleaning up my cuticles and the skin around my nails. I've never had it done so fast and clumsily. She cut one of my fingers as well (not horribly so it didn't bleed but still uncomfortable). 5. Typically the hand massage is usually done at the very end but she did it before applying the polish which is fine. However it was the fastest massage I've ever had. I counted for the second hand she did... 10 seconds. That is not an exaggeration. 6. The polish was applied very messily. When she first applied the color to one of my hands I pointed out that it was not very even and asked if she could get it a little cleaner and closer to my cuticle and the edges. It still did not turn out great. 7. There are little bubbles in the polish on multiple fingers. Looks very messy. Overall outcome was not as bad as I expected but would never return. Extremely rushed, clumsy, and rough. Luckily it was only $28. If you're looking for a good nail place in the area I would highly recommend Vanity Nail & Spa in Coral Springs. They just didn't have any availability very soon which is why I decided to try this place.
