Simply the worst of everything. The only reason I come here is because it's close to our home. So I found a Nest doorbell for sale for $80.00. I couldn't find its whereabouts. Asked first associate. Not my department. Asked second associate but she simply walked away seemingly to busy. Went to register but told to go to customer service. Told why are they sending you here. Found an associate with Loews patches all over his shirt. No more stock, no replacement item, never took the sign down. All I got was a so sorry. My only hope is maybe they will sell to Home Depot some day.

Came in because I got a refurbished phone. That was acting up but they were Able to find me a deal to get a new one. Great Team Here

Tried ringing up two plants using gift card to check out required cashier approval no cashier Evercane nobody would help us. Ended up taking 30 minutes to check out.

The store is what it is and generally has a fair selection of products in it. Some of the people are somewhat helpful. But most of the people they have working in the aisles or generally rude and unhelpful. Maybe they're just rude to women or anybody they perceive may actually need some help but I sent my wife in to pick up some pipe strap and they walked around like a bunch of Keystone cops. It was like we asked for the formula of relativity or something. Just completely stupid and useless.

I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.

You found everything you need. Victor ones of the Merchandising Execution team, this guy has a vast knowledge of what this type of business is. Great guy very respectful. Thanks very much with the team in Garden Department they were with me in going an extra mile giving me a discount on a merchandise that was not complete, the cashier Felicia very nice lady, call the assist manager on duty Tasha, Tasha appear fast and willing to service and help with some discount and Gary ex-veteran guy, offer to help me to put the merchandise on my truck. Excellent working Team..!!!

Walked into Blaring "Jailhouse Rock" music by Elvis Presley when you walk into the store. Maybe for the people lounging around on the stores patio furniture this was cool but for a busy person who works and needs to get supplies and On a mission to hit all the stores she needs to on a Saturday afternoon I forgot why I came to the store because of the blaring music. Not trying to be a buzz kill for the patio couch potatoes in the store sitting on the patio furniture but they could have put the boom box further back into the store or turned it down.

So I order a refrigerator last week from Lowes in Pompano and it was supposed to be here Friday. They bring it, of course it’s damaged cause why not check it before loading it. If I could give zero I would. If ever a store has taught its cashiers to screw people over its this one. Item is marked and advertised as a pack and then they try and charge you individually. Not to mention when you try to give them your mylowes info, they look at you like you landed from the moon. In addition, while their associates are sometimes helpful, their cashiers are downright rude, obnoxious and arrogant. What happened to Truth in advertising", talk about price gouging.

This is a review of Lowe's customer service, not the Pompano location's employees. The employees onsite are extremely helpful. I ordered a vanity on 2/21. Lowe's website still currently says it is being delivered last Friday, 2/26. When clicking on the tracking, it said 3/4 until yesterday, when it changed to 3/5. Today it says 3/8. I called and spoke with a customer service representative who told me that now that it has shipped, it is out of Lowe's hands and she could not provide me with any assistance in finding out what is happening. She was completely unhelpful, continuously stating that it was out of her hands, and that I would need to contact Estes, the shipping company. My feeling is this - I ordered this item from Lowe's. I didn't ask you to contract it out for shipping. This should be Lowe's responsibility to know where your items are and when they will be delivered. I spoke with a different representative last week who was much more helpful. She actually tried to reach out to Estes and even though she was unable to reach anyone, at least she tried. The representative that I spoke with yesterday refused to help me problem solve at all. I contacted Estes, who were very helpful, and unfortunately, the vanity is still in Atlanta and will not arrive until "sometime" next week. This will be two weeks after Lowe's original estimated date...which still says February 26 on your website. So, currently construction in my home is at a halt because we are waiting for the vanity.
