I had a terrible experience at Marshall's that I can't just let slide. While trying to sign up for a rewards card, we were asked for ID and showed a U.S. employment card. The young man helping us had to ask a supervisor, and when she looked at our ID, she had the nerve to say it wasn’t from here, clearly judging us based on our looks. It was outright discrimination! Even after the young man corrected her, she couldn’t stop giving us dirty looks until we left the store. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers. I’m appalled and will think twice before shopping here !

They do not have enough cashiers. I waited in line for 25 minutes. I asked if they could get more cashiers and they said they didn't have anymore back up cashiers. You need to hire more cashiers

I shop here often. Always a great selection and nice staff. However, today was the third time I've been in the past month or so. All three times men walk out with arm loads of stuff. Alarms going off and nobody does anything. It's nuts. We aren't California. I asked the manager what's going on. She said it's not worth going after them. The lost prevention team is on it and has pictures. Seriously? Next, they will be robbing customers for money. Since nobody does anything. How about hire security for the door?
