I bought a bed before from Matress Firm and I had it for eight years. It was worth every penny. So, I decided to return and bed another bed and very happy with the service. Has awesome prices and they will work within your budget like they did with me. Very happy customer and when I need a new bed; I for sure be returning.

Bill assisted us to choose a mattress with expertise and patience and friendliness He spent a good amount of time with us to ensure that we chose exactly what we wanted, reviewed our invoice and explained warranty, delivery process and answered all of our questions.

Buying a mattress to me is now like choosing a car.Foam,hybrid and ones that keep your body temperatures cool etc.I needed a mattress. The staff was very knowledgeable and help us with our choices that fitted our needs in a mattress.

Today I had one of the best shopping experiences ever at Mattress Firm with the ultimate sales professional, Bill. I walked in knowing nothing about mattresses and he took the time to educate me on what I needed. He was very patient and I feel certain that his primary goal was to guide me toward the perfect product rather than to “upsell”. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Pompano and Bill!

I've never bought a new mattress and knew nothing about them but Stephanie allowed me to try all the mattress and educated me on the differences. It turned out the ones I liked happened to be the most expensive!After going to a few other stores and ding a lot of research I circled back to mattress firm and this time net with Bill the store mgr. He was even more knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best one for me at a fair price and gave me some free items as well!

Bill, my Sleep Expert was informative, helpful and took his time with letting me make my own decisions. He answered all questions. Gave me some insight to his own personal sleep preferences which were aligned with mine. Pleasure to do business with him.

Bill was what sold us! The mattress is also very comfortable. Get the adjustable base too! He was extremely thorough on the process before, during, and after tour in tour bed. Important " fine print " stuff ya might miss!

My gf and I went to this location on Labor Day - busiest day of the year for mattress shopping and were greeted by Bill. He’s knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Surprisingly, he actually let me leave as I promised to come back in an hour, which I did and then we made a deal. I’m laying on my new king size Purple mattress as I write this review and it’s excellent. I highly recommend this location and you will be taken good care of by Bill. Thanks again, Bill!

From the moment my fiancé and I walked into this Mattress Firm, we were met with kindness and help from Bill. He was incredibly informative about each mattress in the store and he took the time to find out which would be the best option for us. We are very happy with the mattress we found--thanks to Bill! I would definitely recommend visiting him and the rest of the team at this Mattress Firm location to anyone shopping for a mattress.

Bill was so helpful, went over the quiz with me and gave me a few options, explained all the differences in the mattresses. I would definitely recommend Mattress firm and especially Bill at the Pompano store on Federal Hwy, he was great.

Bill is probably the most helpful and kind salesman I've ever worked with. He worked with my budget, shared helpful information about choosing mattresses, and generally made me feel heard and cared for. I will most certainly be coming to him for all my future mattress needs - he and Stephanie make a phenomenal team, and Mattress Firm is lucky to have them both!
