The whole staff worked really hard to assist me. My first EVO3 came in with a cracked screen. When I first seen it my heart fell out all the excitement for an update from EVO2 was gone. On a Sunday I wrote to them explaining what I had. Crazy but true a couple of hours and a email came in. Telling not to stress they will get another out to me. On Wednesday it shows up. WHERE IN THIS WORLD DOES THAT HAPPEN!!!!
They did not run or hide they were there to answers emails and my phone call all in American English.

I’m glad I stumbled across this place. I sent an email inquiring about a couple of simrad displays to upgrade my current ones. Zack was super responsive and helpful. I hadn’t planned on pulling the trigger so soon but Zack’s responsiveness and helpfulness really sealed the deal and ended up purchasing both that day. Showed up a couple days later, just waiting for some free time so I can get them installed! Hopefully don’t need to talk to these guys again anytime soon (sorry, Zack), but if I do I know they will be ready to help!

Fantastic customer service. I purchased a replacement mic cord for my B&G V50 VHF a year ago and it recently cracked. I contacted Max Marine and they did not hesitate to replace it, even out of warranty, explaining that they have rarely seen a failure of their replacement cords.

I recently contacted Max Marine Electronics after my 20 year old Raymarine C120 wouldn’t come out of a repetitive boot cycle. I was planning to buy a refurbished one from them, but first decided to ask if they had any recommendations for how to get my current C120 back up and running.
They responded with a number of steps to try, including how to do a factory reset without the machine functioning properly. It worked!
While I didn’t wind up buying their refurbished machine (unless my current one breaks again!), I can’t thank them enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend contacting them if you’re in the market for used marine equipment.

Have used Max Marine twice now in the last few years. The most recent time I needed some transducers for a tugboat going to dry dock. The guys at MM answered my emails even on a Sunday and got us taken care of. Great business.
