I placed an order with MTS for an emergency repair on a job and received an email from them saying their online prices were inaccurate and they needed more money. We attempted to go through the process with them to give them more money and get this order moving, and they never responded again. We have called and emailed several times to try and get in touch to get an update on our order, or to get a refund (for several hundreds of dollars on a product that was never sent to us) and have been ghosted. I have never had such horrible service from a company before and am extremely disappointed. Thankfully we were able to work with our contacts at a different supply company to get what we needed much more efficiently.
**TLDR: Medical Testing Solutions will scam you out of your money and ghost you. Do not order from them.

This company is a complete scam. We placed an order with them on December 1st, and we called the next day and asked a shipping timeline, was told it was on backorder and wouldn't ship until January, but we could call back to cancel if we didn't want it after calling around to other places. We called back the next day to cancel...and the next...and the next...etc - I've left 5 messages, emailed, and tried their on website support - no one ever answers or responds. Looking at the rest of the reviews on here, all the positive ones are fake. We will be reporting this company for fraud and reversing the charge on our company credit card.

Medical testing solutions is the most reliable gas supplier we have dealt with. They are always punctual and resolve our issues in a timely manner. We have yet to have any issues at all with their service from repairs to gas supply. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
