I found out what happens to Walmart greeters when the job becomes too difficult, they employ them at 12 NE 3rd St. In Pompano Beach on 01/06/25. Trying to get a new phone was like pulling teeth with dumb and dumber, had to walk out.

these people are very deceptive, I went to purchase a phone was shown Samsung galaxy a15 5g was told they could sell me the phone for $350 with free case and screen saver, I did not know what the price was so I trusted them paid and left went home and checked metro website phone cost $198.00 they padded the bill with screen protector $28.89, charge and sync cable $26.74 which I did not get, wall charger $37.44,phone case $26.74. They will deliberately not give you a receipt/ invoice so you cannot see what they are being charged for before you pay. Make sure you get itemized invoice of what they are charging you before you pay and never give these people cash.

This was the third Metro store we went to to buy a new phone and it was the best. Great customer service by JJ who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices were better than the other Metro stories we went to and we got everything we needed. A smaller store, but better deals and service.

No stars needed.. How u put a metro store here an they only have 1 freaking phone to sell... There were 3 stores in this area an the 1 i pick was thus 1 and of course an waist of time becuz they have any phones to sell.... Waist of space.
