Alex was amazing. He helped me with my phone issues. He was so professional and helped me figure out what the vest plan for me and my family. Helped me get a great deal on a new phone and unlimited internet for my house! I would strongly recommend anyone to co.e here and see Alex if they need help from someone one that grueling cares and is looking out for you. I had an issue with my phone and helped clear up my old phone with the pop-ups and cleared out all my viruses at no charge!!!

I recently visited this Metro store, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was shocked to find out that they charge a staggering $48 activation fee! This is outrageous, especially when I've gone to other Metro locations where the fee is significantly lower. It feels like they're trying to take advantage of customers rather than providing fair service.
The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, and when I asked about the high fee, they offered no reasonable explanation. It's frustrating to see such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I expected better from Metro, and I will definitely be taking my business to a competitor that values its customers and doesn't impose such exorbitant fees. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I had a terrible experience at this MetroPCS location and strongly advise others to stay away. The employee ripped me off with a $48 activation fee, which is outrageous compared to the $20-$27 charged at other MetroPCS stores. To make matters worse, they upgraded my phone plan without my permission, leaving me feeling completely taken advantage of.
Customer service should be a priority, but it clearly wasn’t here. If you're looking for honest service and fair pricing, look elsewhere! This store is a total rip-off.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Alex during my recent visit to Metro off of Sample Road, and I couldn't be more grateful for his exceptional service. My elderly father was having trouble with his phone messages, and Alex went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.
Alex's patience and kindness were truly remarkable. He took the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explained the steps to fix the problem. His expertise and understanding of technology were evident, but what stood out the most was his genuine desire to assist and ensure we left satisfied.
Thanks to Alex's efforts, my father's phone is now working perfectly, and he no longer has the issue with the message notification turning itself into a shortcut which prohibits him from going into the message regularly. It also would show the text on the home screen instead of the task bar. I highly commend Alex for his professionalism and exceptional customer service. He is a true asset to your team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with their mobile devices.

So the store on Atlantic and Cypress Road in Pompano ripped me off big time I will bring my business to the store instead what a scam they sold me new phone and I didn't need a new one they told me mine was broken it was not I got stuck with the phone I have no use for thanks a lot idiots I will never come back to your store thank you for taking $150

My local Metro PCS closed, therefore I couldn't receive any back history from this store that closed ? Without notifying anyone . This New Metro PCS store on Atlantic Blvd in pompano Beach is good , helpful ? Employees are doing a great job. Clean sore , many phones and etc ....although ..Disappointed that my past 8 years with the store that closed .... Was not able to retrieve my account ??

Came in to get service with my own working phone but was told it was old and they couldn't help me unless i bought a new one on sell, they only want you to buy phones since they get pay commission. SMH won't be coming back to this store.
