This location is horrible! Innocent was the only good thing this store had. I've been with Metro for 20+ years and have never experienced the lack of work ethic and awful manners/customer service skills from these employee's. I went to the location Innocent is now working to purchase my husband and I new phones. He truly is the best.

MY FAVORITE SALES GUY INNOCENT THIS IS NOT MY FIRST REVIEW ABOUT HIM.HE GOES BEYOND FOR ALL THE CUSTOMERS.HE IS PLEASANT,PROFESSIONAL,BREAKS DOWN ANY ANSWER THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW,AND HE IS SOOOOOO PATIENT THANK YOU FOR ALL THE POSITIVE ENERGY THAT YOU GIVE US ALL CUSTOMERS I MEAN.

They do not provide customer service. They are quick to sell but will not help with any products. They gave me earbuds that are defective within the first 2 weeks. They told me to go the corporate store, but the corporate told me that they cannot pull up Dealer transactions. They simply wanted to get the customer out of the store.

There's an employee by the name of innocent , Great guy , helped me a bunch to restore my service and get my number back , the other locations tried to get me to buy a new phone just to keep my number but this guy at this location went above and beyond for me to be able to keep the same number and phone , shout-out to Innocent for helping me.

Latino guy without a nametag... MetroPCS does not provide employees at this location nametags. Pathetic! Latino guy so disrespectful, so nasty and so rude. He is a lowlife. Hire new employees or provide adequate customer service training! MetroPCS do better otherwise close this location. Look at your pass reviews, only location in the area with nasty customer service

I had a terrible experience in that store, Never been so embarrassed, on March 13, 2019 in about 4 to 5pm I went to that store to buy two iPhones for me and my wife I wanted a iPhone xr and a iPhone xs For my wife, When I got to The store the man behind the counter was really mean to the black customers, fist ask a man if the man know how to read before he hand a paper to the man to sign, When it was my turn to buy the iPhones He came out with a blue iPhone XR didn't show it from distance That I couldn't even see what the iPhone look like the textures, I politely ask him can you bring that phone close this so I can see the phone, he say “ I don't know you what if you takeoff with the phones “ I was so embarrassed I just left without buying any phone from that guy, Then went to another store bought two iPhones one for me and one for my wife, the other store on East of sample rd, was very sample and respectful, they show me the phones I like what I see and pay for them and get the phone.
