I’m extremely disappointed with the service my mother-in-law received at this Metro PCS store. The employees were not only unhelpful but downright rude. When she asked for assistance, they completely dismissed her concerns and refused to help. Instead of addressing her issue, they were disinterested and disrespectful throughout the interaction, making her feel like a burden rather than a valued customer.
As a longtime customer, we expect better treatment, especially when it comes to basic customer service. A bit of kindness and professionalism goes a long way, but unfortunately, that was entirely lacking here. I hope this store reconsiders how they treat their customers, as this experience was unacceptable.
I would not recommend visiting this location until they make significant improvements in customer service.

I’m 79 years old, every store I’ve ever visited always rushed me and just wanted to get me out of the store. This store here is special to me for the first time I visited a store and the guy who helped me was so amazing, patient and very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Leo I visit you twice in a month to show and value how much of help you are. Thank you Jutta.

Representative at the store asked me to leave a review I don't ever usually do this but this store here is by far the best metro store I've ever visited such great aura and loving monthly prices. Look for the manager Leo. Thank you

Just wanted to leave a Nice Review for my friend(Viola) that ive been dealing with in this store for years now. 1000/10 for her if possible very outgoing and the support she has behind her in the store is spectacular.
