I was hesitant by the other reviews but had an absolutely wonderful experience. They took me at my exact appointment time, no wait. Had Dr. Jean Guerrier and he was extremely informational & thorough. It was very clean & quiet. 10/10 would go back / recommend him if possible

Not only did my mom get the wrong vaccine, but CVS is not offering a refund. Thank you Tobas Davon for being a great healthcare worker. I am sure you would be ok with this if your child was in the same situation.

Went in pretty confident in what my sickness was. Doctor shrugged off all the symptoms I had, with no answer to why I had them. Just decided on strep with no test. Went to another another doctor and they immediately recognized my symptoms and confirmed my suspicion. The doctor should start working as a cashier, probably the only thing I would feel comfortable with him doing.

There is no Clinique here. This is in middle of a random road.

Not convenient at all. What is the point of having to make an appointment when you’re going to be waiting anyway. Total waste of time!

Minute Clinic has always been very fast and I like that. They are friendly and have always helped me with anything I need. The only thing is that I have not been able to connect through the phone to the nurse for my test results and it has been almost 5 days since my labs were drawn.

My husband scheduled a Covid booster online for this location. He checked in online in the parking lot. Someone finally showed up 10 minutes after the appointment time, said “wait here” then disappeared. We found the manager and he said that sometimes the online checkin doesn’t work so that probably contributed to the confusion. My husband was finally able to get the vaccine but it was far from the seamless experience I’ve had at other CVS locations.

More like the hour clinic. Have fun waiting with a sick kid for an hour+

Waste of my time. I came in because I had a horrible cough, congestion, cold sore and more and was there an hour just to be told I didn’t have strep and had to come back for urine sample… I wasn’t given any advice or antibiotics, meanwhile I have 0 answers or medical advice as to why I’m so sick. No help whatsoever.

Don't get your test here. Go to walgreens instead. Same test takes 2 hours to get results I did it here it's been over 2 days and it still says pending. I had an international flight. Good thing I didn't rely on them. Go somewhere else

I did a Covid-19 test because I was feeling serious symptoms of headache, chills, fatigue and a soar throat. I arrived at the time of my scheduled appointment was never attended to until 45 mins later. Its been 7 days since I took the test and my results are still pending. They said within 2-3 days. At this point I am still not sure if I have Covid-19 or not. This is dangerous to anyone concerned about the virus! This need attention by local representatives.

If you want to go in and pay money for them to tell you you're not sick when you know you're sick and for them to practice malpractice and get away with and take your hard earned money be my Guest but I would advise anyone never to go to this place as they will just laugh you off and tell you you're not sick and spend no time actually figuring out what's wrong with you and you will leave with a piece of paper instead of medicine

The clinic was great. Convenient location inside a CVS. Too bad my health insurance (Aetna Coventry who is owned by CVS) has refused to pay anything because I failed to call home and get a referral from my GP here in Illinois inspite of being ill and needing medical attention. Be careful if you have Aetna Coventry insurance network. They don't give out much information about your coverage ahead of time. They will only pay IF you go to a regular emergency room or some certain clinics, not their own. This way they can still collect premiums and not pay out .
