This company based in Ft. Lauderdale expanded to Sample Road and 10th Ave in Palm Beach. They are good people. I needed help with a small repair to a Harmar lift and they took care of it at no cost.They have some very cool Braun accessible vans. They are expensive but the manager knew a bunch of places to get free money to offset costs. He was very knowledgeable.They now own the top 3 locations in the area. I hope they stay the good guys they are and don’t raise prices because they have a monopoly in the area.So far - like I said - good people!

Looking to replace my 17 year old van to fit me and my wheelchair. This place was recommended by a fellow veteran.Went today October 27 2022 by myself. Met with Christine and her husband Rich. Spent at least 2 hours learning about options, what is best for me and seeing 3 new vehicles. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Recommendations for wheelchair assisted van and chair rental in other state where invited to speak. Recommendations on what to look for in ramps and locations.

for the first several months the customer service was great. After it had taken so long, they lent me a complimentary loaner for the holidays and my medical appointments. When the van plate expired, I tried getting a hold of the person in charge. calling weekly, leaving voicemails and messages with individuals being told he will call me when it never happened. I was ghosted for almost 3 months. Besides the smiles, the fact of the matter is the Ocean conversion had my case for almost 18 months and the end result was me needing to renew VA documents due to the laps in time and I am now going through Mobility Works. Within 1 week Mobility Works Found me a vehicle and they are getting it converted and I should finally have my own vehicle hopeful within 8 weeks of them trying. I am very disappointed in Ocean Conversions however I am still thankful for the complementary vehicle they provided at a time. I just wish that they would have had a little more professional contact with the client. I won't say names, but this is what happened. 18 Months waisted.

I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica minivan that I could drive from my wheelchair and was 100 percent satisfied with every step of the process. When I learned I might need the driver's seat to allow another person to drive my van, we were fortunate to meet warehouse foreman Nick who located the proper seat and instructed us in how to safely lock and remove the driver's seat. Nick's time, patience and effort was truly appreciated!

If you need Mobility Vehicles wheelchairs Etc this is the place to go the employees are nice and friendly they train you if you need fan controls to drive your vehicle I just took my friend there the place is awesome they have the best handicapped kind of vehicles you can imagine

Rich was extremely helpful, considerate, kind and caring during the whole process of purchasing the van. He was knowledgeable and organized in helping us work things out with the VA. He and Christine went the extra mile and did everything to make it a smooth process.When my spouse passed away they helped me with the buy back in the same way and they helped me to move his wheelchair.I can't say enough nice things about Ocean Conversions, Rich, and Christine. I highly recommend them. They deserve all 5 stars and many more!

I bought a 3-year-old ramp van at Ocean Conversions and Mobility in 2014. It was in great condition. Rich K. was my salesman and my go-to person the entire time we had the vehicle. He is a friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable, and patient individual. He asked me about our needs and answered all my questions. I have the highest esteem for him, this organization, and all the folks who work there.I always felt that I was getting honest information and that no one was trying to take advantage of me. They have provided excellent service and helped us out more than once. My husband died in 2020, and I have justparted company with the van that gave us a normal lifestyle. I was thrilled when Rick said he would buy the car back. I know that it will go to someone who needs the service it provides and that that person will get the great treatment that we did. You can be extremely confident that you will get 100% attention and excellent service - along with a good cup of coffee - at Ocean Conversions and Mobility in Pompano Beach.

In June of this year we purchased a fully loaded 2021 Chrysler Pacifica from Mobility Works in Lake Worth for my 84 year old father at a cost of 81k. If I would have known than what I know now I would have purchased from Ocean Conversions instead. Unfortunately, my father passed in August and now we were stuck with virtually a brand new 3 month old conversion van with only 800 miles. I of course contacted mobility works to see if they would want to buy the van back. Not only did I not get return phone calls back countless times, when they finally did call back after I had to ask for the GM they offered an insulting buy back offer. I then called Braun to get other dealers in the area and thank God I was able to contact Rich from Ocean Conversions. He was very sympathetic to my dilemma, you just felt his genuine sympathy. Numerous back and forth phone calls and Rich and his staff always returned my phone calls quickly. I never felt like I got the runaround, I always felt like I was important and Rich couldn’t be more professional. We came to a very fair agreement on the van and my mom is happy. My only suggestion, Go the extra distance and consider Ocean Conversions for your handicap van purchase. Rich and his staff are terrific.

Rich helped me purchase a. SUV for my son. My son didn’t want a van. Rich walked us through what to expect from the Ford Explorer with the conversation. We had to have it delivered to Míchigan. It arrived and we couldn’t be more grateful. Ocean Conversion is a A plus dealership. Thank you Rich.

Ocean Conversions exceeded my expectations. I had to get a wheelchair mount on my friend's SUV, who was recovering in the hospital from back surgery. I dropped off the car in the morning, and Rich, Stephanie and Nick went over and beyond to get the mount installed and ready to go by the end of the day for me, so that I could take it straight to the hospital a few miles away. Thank you guys, for going the extra mile to get this done for my friend. Much appreciated!
