Louis was the kindest, most attentive CSR, I have had a pleasure working with. He made sure to give us the best possible pricing for our situation. He called back when he said he would, working with Luis was a pleasure. They made it very easy to make the decision to use them. Their pricing is better than the competitors and the fact I worked with a human being (a nice one at that) was a huge bonus. Thank you to Luis and his supervisor for the great service.

Horrible customer service. Walter (customer service rep)kept asking me if the price sounded good...I didnt understand what it included.. after asking several times for the break down and understanding of their pricing and what it includes. I explained it was high. He immediately hung up on me? Nice.

Chaimae Abdelkarim was the most helpful and effective part of my move. The unit arrived on time, placed exactly where needed, picked up, redelivered to new home and removed without a hitch. Not to mention super affordable compared to other options. I highly recommend them and if I move again, they will be my first call. Courteous and helpful to a point.
