I turned 75 on 2/10/2024 and I was determined to get all my paperwork updated and applicable to a Florida domicile situation. My due diligence included pre-need funeral arrangements - transport two individuals, when required, to a cemetery back up North from my location in south Florida. I touched base with Rubin in Boynton Beach; Sinai in Delray Beach; Kronish in Boca Raton, and Neshama in Pompano Beach. My decision was based on a line-item cost comparison for a situation where I already have two burial plots back up North; my comfort level with the Jewish Orthodox practice of the funeral home; and time it took to get my questions answered.Rubin was very professional and responded to my queries in real time. I ultimately went with Neshama. Apple to Apple comparison, Neshama cost estimates reflected a Broward County and not Palm Beach County economic price point. I also felt much more comfortable. with the attention to Jewish burial tradition reflected in the Neshama funeral operation. Neshama also emphasized throughout several conversations that the pre-paid funds were deposited into a trust account.

I unreservedly recommend Neshma JFS to anyone going through a tragic scenario, such as the gradual loss of a family member. Rabbi Lyons, Jack ( last name unknown...pardon me) and anyone I have conferred with from the organization has been splendid. They have offered solace at a time where none seemed available. Neshama makes me proud to be Jewish because their mandate is one of kindness and compassion.

Neshama handled my father's funeral arrangements which included transporting him to NY, where he was buried. They coordinated with a funeral home in NY as well as the cemetery and everything went off without any issues. Mark was very professional, and explained everything in a straightforward manner. It's been a difficult period but made bearable by the professionalism and courtesy of Mark and the rest of staff.

OMG!!!! I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START.My brothers and I where in the hospital round the clock with mom. Pressure, fear, pain, doctors, fatigue, family, tough decisions to be made, nurses, etc…a rollercoaster of emotions wrapped into a short stomach churning ball of time and when we needed to prepare for the eventual next step, Jack from Neshama was sent to us from above, in the time that we needed most. Jack took care of EVERYTHING from beginning to the very sad end. All transport (including flight), Shomer, Taharah, Cemetery, Burial, paper work for certificates, fallow up calls and everything in between…. Even candles!!! TRULY AMAZING!!! He’s not just Jack from Neshama, he’s Jack my friend when I needed him most.

What a great experience. This arrangement was for my future after life ended. Mark Fatakhov was fabulous in every way. Not only did explain everything but answered questions that delved into the what if senerios that I proposed to him. He knows his stuff and best of all he talks to you not at you. I would tell anyone and everyone about him. He explains the financial part ofthe contract as well as the details. He should be the poster guy for after lifeplanning. Zei Gazunt Mark.

I cannot rate Neshama JFS LLC more highly enough. They gave me a very fair price. Everything was done with such care and professionalism. I felt like I was completely supported in my grief. This was during Hurricane Ian and I never worried once worried about their planning. I recommend Neshama JFS LLC if ever you loose a loved one. Call them!
