I made a purchase on the website today, November 19, 2025, and I couldn't pick up the order. They tried to retrieve it from the system and couldn't find it. I contacted customer service via chat and they told me I would have to wait up to 48 hours for my money to be refunded. I do not recommend the store and will not buy from them again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Buy at your own risk. I had a headache with my first purchase; the store didn't offer to resolve the issue and wanted me to buy from a completely different location, far from my usual rote,The product is in stock, and the store won't release the order. They think the customer is a clown. I drive almost 30 minutes from work, plus I waited more than 3 hours to pick it up, and in the end I wasted time and fuel, and they still say they didn't have it in stock. Go lie to someone else. The Pompano location seems extremely unprofessional not surprising given the amount of crappy people we got got here in Florida from crappy states around the country.

Excellent Customer Service – Thank you, Reynaldo Q.!
I’ve visited this Northern Tool location many times, and honestly, the customer service has often been disappointing. But today, I had an experience worth highlighting.
Reynaldo Q., an outstanding professional, completely changed my impression. As I was checking out, he kindly asked, “Would you like me to help you load it? I can meet you around back.” I explained that my truck was parked in front. He didn’t hesitate — he came with me, helped me load the pallet lift into the bed of my truck, even though it wasn’t close or easy.
He wasn’t obligated — but he chose to serve. That speaks volumes about his heart, attitude, and character.
May God bless Reynaldo greatly. Employees like him deserve recognition — people who help not because they have to, but because they care. Northern Tool is fortunate to have someone like him.
