This salon is more dirtier than a public restroom in the free way and the owner had two allergy triggers right by her station with her technicians touching them and not washing their hands afterwards. Would have gone to a flea market if I wanted this exact quality for cheaper and seeking for an infection

All the pedicures I've gotten here have been great. All the techs are so sweet and very thorough. I have a thick toe nail from multiple toe injuries and they make it look normal so thank y'all!

A “well-reviewed” salon with the customer service of a roadside scam — rude tech, dismissive manager, and zero respect for paying clients.
As soon as I sat down, I politely asked the nail tech for suggestions, and he refused, saying if I didn’t like it, he’d have to remove it. Fine. I picked two colors from the color card , but when they arrived, I didn’t like them. While he was filing my nails, I mentioned two more color options I wanted to try. Instead of accommodating me (which I was paying for, not asking as a favor), he told me, “That’s it, right? I’ve already stood up three times; I cannot go again and again. This is the last time I will go.”
When I pointed out that I’m a paying customer, he replied that it’s a “full house” and he can’t keep going back for colors. His tone was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak to the manager, he basically told me, “Yeah, go,” without a care.
The manager offered another tech, but by then I had no interest in staying. The issue wasn’t the work — it was the complete lack of respect for customers.

Been going to Rose for over 15 years, even in her old place by the Walmart. She always makes you feel welcome, and greets you with a smile and a hug! Love this place!!

Last week I visited Oasis Nails by Rose while in Pompano beach. I was promptly greeted and checked in by someone at the reception desk before I was introduced to Mimi. She guided me to a seat where I enjoyed a back massage while Mimi worked magic on my tired, achy and overdue for a pedicure. She addressed my by name and in addition to being thorough, Mimi was patient, and gentle in the services she provided.
The salon was immaculate and if given the opportunity when in the area I would definitely visit again.
