Our move in experience has been great! The building is beautiful, very clean and the apartment checks all of the boxes we were looking for. The entire team has been welcoming and helpful.

We are very happy here. The location right on the beach is perfect, the amenities are well- kept, and the view from our apartment is fantastic! I especially enjoy sitting at the pool overlooking the boats and marina. I highly recommend 1333 South Ocean to anyone looking for a new home!

I just toured this property and absolutely fell in love! The amenities are top-notch, the apartment features are stunning, the view from the lounge, it truly took my breath away! and as a beach lover, I couldn’t be more excited about how close it is to the ocean. The office staff was incredibly welcoming and provided amazing customer service, making the whole experience even better. I truly can’t wait for this place to become my future home! ✨

As I showed up for a tour, Raul greeted us and made is feel like at home right away, really appreciated him envisioning what a life in the day would look like at 1333, that was a game changer!

The amenities are beautiful and office staff are very friendly & helpful. This was our first stop, but we knew right away after our tour that we will rent. We can't wait to move in!

This place and the views are beautiful but the management and cleanliness is lacking. The common areas are dirty, abused and falling apart - especially the hallway carpets. Gross!The package room is a mess, good luck finding your package. Also, there’s not enough grass for being such a “pet friendly” building. This is NOT luxury living. Definitely all about location and the views with 1333. There’s potential here, let’s just give it some more LOVE!
