I have to stop an write and outstanding review for new management Mauro, This gentleman has gone out of his way in such short time ti pick up and stay on top of every issue in the whole Complex. I'm happy, my family feels happy and safe. This is all it matter to us, maintenance is keeping up to maintain all areas in the best mint condition, My 5 stars are straight to Mario and the maintenance crew whom are seen walking through including weekends and after hours doing their best for this community.
Please Castle Group, take care of this group, they are hard to come across.

Their prices rise every year, the quality of apartments decreases, we do not recommend them at such prices. The office staff are very incompetent and do a poor job.

I have been living here for a year, and it has been a very positive experience. The maintenance service is very fast and efficient. Alexandra took care of me since I arrived, and while it is true that I had some inconveniences when moving, it is also true that Alexandra tried to help me in every way possible.
On the other hand, I had an accident which left me unable to work for three months. For this reason, I was unable to pay my rent on time on two occasions, but they were very supportive and considerate, and helped me make payment agreements without any extra charges. for the delay, which I greatly appreciate, the second time I did pay a surcharge but it was because I did not notify in time. Alexandra is very good at her job, as are all the other employees I have had the opportunity to interact with.

I was going to rent a unit for my kid's mom here. I told the leasing office her exact situation and that I would be renting the unit for her. They fully understood. They made me jump through a bunch of hoops and get them 3 different money orders. Then they rejected her application even though I have a 785 FICO. Then they hung up on me when I was understandably upset by this. These people are just ignorant. Think twice about giving them your business.

I called palms point looking for an apartment and spoke with Alejandra. She was very polite and informative. I have called many condos and they all have horrible customer service skills. Alejandra answered and my questions and was very patient.
