They provide with new tires which seem to be over priced, then tells me the tire light will go off soon. I go the whole day with the light check the tire pressure and has 17 psi no air in it. I come to let them know and they don’t care. They’re whatever about it and have to wait. For paying a ver 1000 dollars it’s truly unacceptable

The service I received at PepBoys was really great. I worked with Vish on my car issue and I really appreciate the honesty and transparency regarding pricing and the issues. This location went above and beyond to help me get my car back up and running and spent a lot of time trying to find a way to save me money. Even after deciding the repair wasn’t worth it given the age and mileage of the car, I was still treated with the same level of respect and kindness. I highly would recommend this location and working with Vish.
