I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jay Q. (my salesman), and he made sure I left with the ONLY car that I wanted on that lot. At the time, I was supposed to test drive five vehicles, but once I spotted my car, I didn't want to test drive anything else. I asked him if he can make it happen. I had a really amazing experience at this Nissan location. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Antoine, the finance manager, went above and beyond to help me through every step of the process. He was patient, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He helped secure a deal that worked perfectly for my situation, and I left feeling confident and relieved which is something I didn’t expect going into it.
I could really tell that he cared about making sure things were done right. I’m extremely grateful and definitely recommend this location and team. Thank you again to Antoine and the entire team for being so dedicated and thoughtful throughout the process it made all the difference.
