Perla Lichi is such a unique individual . She has a great talent in interior design.she creates and designs homes that are featured in magazines that are seen all over the world. She did and unbelievable job designing my home ! I commend her and her team for such a beautiful job .

I had the pleasure of working with Perla Lichi and her team on the staging of our Ocean front condominium in Fort Lauderdale.
Perla and her crew exceeded my expectations with respect to their vision, planning, execution and communication.
Perla is a delight to work with and is not able to ever consider what others think cannot be done. Her ability to think out of the box makes everything possible.
She takes pride in her work and it shows.
On a personal note, not only us she a world class designer...she is also a world class person.

Perla Lichi has performed extensive work on our properties for my wife and I in South Florida. Her work included complete interior redesign of our home in Boca Raton, with a turnkey approach including construction services, engineering, special renderings, and overall construction Mangement to final successful completion. She also upgraded and redesigned our condo in FT Lauderdale (L-Hermitage) which we sold.
We also are planning on using Perla's Team on a new condo we purchased in Ft Lauderdale (Selene) which will begin this year.
As noted above, we have been totally delighted with Perla and her team in performing services on several projects in the last several years and plan on continuing to do so in the future.
Her ability to come up with unique and quality ideas to meet the client's needs and likes while performing the total job is refreshing.

I have seen her work all over the internet for many years, but it was until today when I actually visited the showroom that I realized that this is real. the showroom had state of the art led lighting ceilings that knock your socks out! The innovative ideas and the way they illustrate their designs is amazing ! I’m from New York and I’m buying an Oceanfront luxury property in Fort Lauderdale and Im interviewing a few interior designers to decorate and remodel this apartment. I was very impressed with the professionalism and will definitely hire them to take on this project as the experience and creativity they show is exactly what I was looking for! This be surpassed. I definitely recommend this design firm for any interior design and decor needs !

My father has used PLD designs in the past for previous office and residential projects, but this time we needed something a little different. From our first meeting Perla had a clear purpose of what our goal was, and nicely put every element of her design to work together to achieve exactly that Goal.
We needed her to make our apartment look modern and yet not personalized with any theme due to it needed to look neutral for any taste as much as possible. We needed to stage our apartment in order to put it out for sale and she successfully helped us with that goal. She went Out with the Old and IN with the new. She combined her imagination and talent into colors and textures impacting the overall look and ambiance of our place. She found the solution to our old decor problem and she is a thoughtful host always anticipating our needs.

Perli Lichi Design is finishing up on our 2410 unit at L’Hermitage Condo’s in Ft. Lauderdale. It’s more than amazing what her decorator talent and crew have accomplished. Besides the amazing look she came up with, our property value went up. I’ll defiantly use her again on my next project, Selene Condo’s due for completion in 2025. Perli you’re amazing and a blast to work with!!

In this day and age when building a house takes all your resources. A good designer is as important as a good builder and Perla at Perla Lichi Designs is outstanding!! This is why we are back again after 15 years to have Perla design our interiors in North Carolina ( the last house was in Florida in 2007 ) she not only nailed the design elements the first time but this time she adapted her designs to our current surroundings. Maximizing lake views, stretching our budget and giving us priceless input. In fact she had to go back and re-design our house in NC twice over because we were initially renovating and then decided to demolish existing house and rebuild. She worked with us through the whole process and I can’t say enough good things about her. Not only is she an excellent designer she is an even better human being and you need both when you are stressed out about building a house. We could never go back to another designer because she has spoiled us so much. 4 final words for Perla - “Our Forever Family Designer “
